I ordered flowers from Penny at Phoenix Flowers on 19th and Union Hills for my daughter's wedding. They were so beautiful they totally made the ceremony and wedding feel magical! She was very professional and her prices were better than other quotes I received. I highly recommend!

This is what you get when you pay over $70 for a memorial arrangement. 2 white lilies, 2 white carnations, some dried purple,  pink filler and greenery. And this photo is after I asked them where the purple irises were. They added 2. It was not put together in an artistic way. Don't waste your $ ordering from this Union Hills shop.

Ordered a delivery a few days ago . The flowers arrived earlier than estimated and was actually during the time slot I was wanting . Arrangement was SPECTACULAR !!

We ordered a casket spray and cross from Phoenix Flower Shops for my mother-in-law’s funeral. Their prices were very reasonable and we were able to order everything online. The flowers were absolutely stunning! Thank you for making this such an easy process during a difficult time.

What  your Website pictures show and what you get are pretty different.  It's Extremely misleading  The picture represented alot of flowers..what I got was mabye a third of what the picture showed and ALOT of leafs  Too top it off.  Two days later the vase stained extremely expensive dinning table  I'm so upset.   Do yourself a favor and don't shop here.  Grocery stores can do better than this place

Impressive. Outstanding Service Above and Beyond. Our firm sent flowers to a client who had recently lost her mother. Upon delivery, Karen at Phoenix Flower Shops learned that the client was not home. They didn't want to leave the flowers in the heat and called me to get the client's home number. Once they reached the client, they learned that the client was out of town for 2 weeks.  This was the impressive part...they told the client who sent the flowers and that they would send a new arrangement once she returned home. They left a door tag as a reminder. And if our client has not called them in 2 weeks, they will reach out to her. Thank you!!

Great place. They offer half off fresh flowers all day on Fridays. I was able to get a beautiful colorful bouquet for very cheap. The lady at the store also saw I was building the bouquet and offered her help and brought me to another section of the store to offer more options. I will definitely be revisiting

Door was unlocked so I went in not knowing it was before they even opened but they still helped me any way and met my needs perfectly!!! Great customer service great work!!!
