Phoenix Main Gate Theatres

Theater was clean. Seats were less luxurious, but fine. Food was priced similarly to other theaters. There were two reasons why we are unlikely to return. First, you have to pick up your tickets from the concession stand, waiting in line with everyone who wants food. We had already purchased online and showed up 5 minutes after start time hoping to arrive right as previews were ending. Instead we waited in line for 20 minutes and missed the beginning of our movie. In addition, many of the other patrons talked loudly through the entire movie. If you care about the movie, go somewhere else. If you're looking for a cheap experience, show up 30 minutes early.

Went here with my wife and daughter to see the Sound of Freedom about two weeks ago. Nice clean theatre. We had an excellent experience. I think this will be my go to move spot.

Basic movie theater with affordable ticket prices. There is no stadium seating, but plenty of seats. The seats were a bit worn, but they were comfy and reclinable. The theater and restrooms were very clean. The screen size was good, but the sound could have been better needs Dolby surround sound. The action scenes were loud, but I could barely hear the dialogue for the non action scenes. One thing that got me was the concession stand prices. 8.99 for a Icee and 6.59 for a bottle of Dasani! Despite that, it's still a nice theater. The staff were very nice, even wished everyone leaving a good evening. The amusement center in the lobby is awesome too.

This theater is the GOAT when it comes to prices , can't get much cheaper than this ticket wise! The staff is always friendly everytime I go.also super safe area cause it's right next to the base! I unfortunately cannot give 5 stars just for how dirty the bathrooms can be at times. Also replacing DDR with basketball was the biggest disappointment you guys used to be my favorite theater just for that game .

SUPER MARIO BROTHERS MEET BROWSER. Nice movie for the girls and boys. Very, very loud though. Clean and employees were superb, kind, and courteous. SUPER PRICES. I ONLY GAVE IT FOUR STARS DUE TO THE VOLUME OF MOVIE, OTHERWISE IT WAS GREAT!

I’ve been coming to this theatre since I was in middle school. It’s my favorite one to go to since it’s not usually very crowded. They have a popcorn bucket that you can get cheap refills on and movie ticket prices are great.

Just went their tonight for the Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse movie showing at 6pm 02JUN23 and Wilson was a total scholar and gentlemen while bring me to my seat into the theater. He was funny and kind. Great worker indeed! Love going to the theater because of great workers like him

I went to go see the new spider man movie and I could only sit through the previews because of another customer and their child yelling and screaming at each other…. Me and my wife and the man that was sitting next to us got up and left because it was so unbearable. Not to mention the fact the popcorn was old and left my lips very soggy like.. and when I asked the woman if the popcorn was fresh she told me yes and I couldn’t have a refund. It was black woman with moles on her face. I will never go back there ever again I was highly disappointed because i thought it would be a good movie theater because it was on the base

If you’re looking to see the latest movies without breaking your pocket then looking no more. This place is the answer. It has comfortable seat and there is no such thing as a bad seat. The concession stands has a good variety of snack and drinks.
