I recently bought a leather sofa and a sling back chair. I worked with Jennifer, her style was pretty laid back, she was there when I had questions but not obtrusive. She also provided some great suggestions. Check out was easy. I was able to call and add to my order without having to come back in. Delivery was somewhat expensive. The delivery crew were very friendly and very efficient. I appreciated that they were able to haul away the old pieces that I no longer had use for. That does come at extra charge. The convenience was worth it for me. I give them 5 stars because of friendly service and convenience.
The building itself is deceiving, it doesn’t look like much but when you walk in they have a massive selection for most rooms. They did not hound me and let me look around and where right there when I was ready. The check out was quick. The delivery price was really great! Considering they drive most of the furniture from Oregon. So don’t believe the reviews regarding delivery price, extremely reasonable. The delivery guys were polite, efficient and put things together and took the trash with them. Definitely going back here for more furnishings.
Phyl's Furniture was an unexpected place to shop. The exterior is deceiving. If your shopping for furniture you must see this well stocked site. The professionalism of the staff and the on time scheduled delivery was amazing.very nice people to buy from. Over a great experience
After spending a few months waiting on other furniture stores to get our item in stock, we gave Phyls a call. They practically had it available next day for us to pickup and the entire process was smooth and easy. The staff is great and would recommend anyone to come here! Thanks again.
I have been buying from Phyl's Furniture Connexion for 20 yrs now. Once in a while I will shop other furniture stores but I always end up at Phyls . I Appreciate the customer service, sales team and selection of furniture on display. Having the manufacturer or the main office also in Oregon gives me a feeling of security if there’s ever an issue with a piece I have purchased. My newest piece is a sectional on sale and the color will work well with my pets wanting to sleep on the sectional. Charcoal gray. Of course it will get dirty with my animals on it but it won’t be so obvious to the naked eye. I had them take away the sofa I bought last year at Fred Meyer‘s that was trashed. A sofa or living room furniture should last more than one year, and I was so disappointed. The sales team goes beyond expectations getting me the best deal. You won’t be disappointed. T. Hedstrom

I walked in and was greeted right away. She listened to what I needed, just a top mattress for my older father. She showed me several options and I picked one. Dad is happy with his new bed. Thank you for your help.
We purchased a plasma TV stand in 2018 after four and a half years we had a problem with it. We discussed it with the manager of Phyl’s and they replaced it no question and no charge. Thanks to the manager and assistant manager you offer Exceptional customer service.
Very satisfied with my recent experience at Phyl's. I have been to several other furniture stores in the area looking for furniture for short folks. Most basically told me to "deal with it" and tried to hard-sell me into stuff that was too large. The folks at Phyl's were very helpful. They helped me understand the different standards in the industry and we ended up settling on a very comfortable loveseat and recliner which fit my wife and I perfectly. Both were reasonably priced and the recliner is a solid American-made product. I think I'll start here during my next furniture search and avoid the unnecessary agony of going to some of the other places.
Great prices, good quality, excellent service. We moved here from Florida so we needed quite a bit of furniture, we found the quality and prices comparable to the big stores and we like to support local businesses!
