Physical Fitness of Branford, CT is a one of a kind fitness facility that focuses first and foremost on adult fitness. Our trained staff of exercise physiologists and fitness specialists will construct a complimentary exercise prescription targeting your or a loved ones personal needs and goals. This small facility allows those new or returning to exercise the ability to reach their fitness goals in a 100% supervised area at any age or fitness level. Rather than exercising in a large, intimidating "box gym", the average age of our members is 60 and many have vast health histories. Enabling our aging population to maintain or regain independance is our specialty and there is no place more comfortable to do it than with us at Physical Fitness.
