It was my first visit, and it went very well. The doctor's assistant was so pleasant! She made me feel very comfortable, and that's so important when you feel lousy. Also, Sarah was very pleasant. She explained to me in detail what my ailment was and what she recommended. I left satisfied with the care and information I was given! If I need help in the future, I will definitely return here!
I had a great experience at this facility. I flew into Chicago and had an urgent medical matter I needed taken care of. My insurance wouldn't work out of the state I lived in so I needed to pay out of pocket. I called around different urgent cares and this one had a physician on site, but no available appointments the day I came in. They were taking walk ins but they were transparent that it may be a long wait. I checked in and they said they could see me but no guarantees what time. I grabbed some food nearby with a friend and when I got the call that I was able to be seen, I raced back. I did wait around 3-4 hours to see someone as a walk in on a Saturday so keep that in mind. When the doctor saw me, she was helpful and took care of what needed to be done. The front desk staff was very professional and sweet to me. I paid and was able to feel relieved upon leaving. I recommend giving them a call prior to just showing up so they can assess the urgency of the matter and better facilitate the queueing. Great experience here.
Very friendly receptionist. Helped me with online registration. I was quickly seen by doctor and had the necessary tests done. Everything was great, even considering that my English isnt perfect and sometimes I need help of an interpreter or translator apps. Staff was patient and caring. I definitely recommend this place.
The staff was rude and lacked basic etiquette. From start to finish I was treated like an inconvenience. The X-ray technician seemed bothered he had to take an X-ray. At the very end, the employee who brought me a boot for my foot left without saying anything. I left and had no idea if my visit was completed but was done being treated like garbage. Will never go back and won’t recommend.
Very good experience from start to finish. My husband recently needed to be seen for an ear issue and he was unable to get an appointment with his regular physician. The staff here was exceptional.
The nurse was very nice. The PA was very caring. The EKG machine was faulty though and that caused the PA to send me to the ED. 8 HOURS later, they said my heart is fine.
I received fantastic care at Physicians Immediate Care. PA Maggie not only treated me well but gave very helpful advice going forward. Also followed up with me four days later to see if I was doing OK.
I woke up with what I knew was strep throat. Drove to a nearby immediate care at 8am, where people were sitting in their cars outside because no doctor had shown up. Drove to a second immediate care place that was open and empty but the receptionist told me that I have to make an appointment 2 hours from then. I finally went to Physicians Immediate Care in Park Ridge where I was immediately taken care of. The receptionist, nurses and doctor were so friendly and professional. My diagnosis was confirmed and I was on my way to the pharmacy within half an hour. Excellent provider.
Viri and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Second time visiting this location and it's great to have to leave available and nearby for urgent care support. They were very busy this second visit, with only one doctor available, but the doctor took her time and answered all my questions without rushing. Very much appreciated. *Also loved not having to fill out all the forms, being able to easily register from my phone!
I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy the check-in process was, without having a scheduled appointment, I was diagnosed within 40 min with strep throat, Covid test was negative and I was on my way to the pharmacy to pick up my antibiotics! Professional personnel and it is indeed, immediate care, thank you!
