I am most certainly never disappointed when I eat here!! I love coming here so much! The staff here are very friendly and this place gives a homely Southern type vibe. The food is amazing! This was my second time coming here and I was able to try the crabmeat stuffed fish, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cabbage with a roll. It was so good and very well seasoned! You get a lot for a very reasonable price!! I have no complaints about this place here! I recommend this place to anyone! I wish they had one near Virginia Beach because I'd definitely be there more often! I look forward to coming here again!
This was a nice family restaurant. Was in town visiting my cousin for her birthday, and she said this was one of her favorite places to eat. The service was fast, and the prices were reasonable. The food had good flavor. It reminds me of a similar restaurant in NC called K&W cafeteria.. We had an awesome server. Joan, I believe, was her name.
3.8 We went to Piccadilly to grab my husband some lunch on his way to work lol. I had never been, seen, or heard of this place before. He said he tried it once and like it‍ so we went and I it’s just a food line. You tell them what you want and they make your plate. You show the lady at the register your plate and pay ‍ it was like $12 a person. Not terrible. The food was good too. There wasn’t a lot of people in there. I could see it getting crowded though after work. They give a shipyard discount so I’m sure they all go often enough. I would recommend this place.
I'm a liver connoisseur and most cafeterias & restaurants that don't bread and fry their liver tend to overcook them. That was NOT the case here! I was visiting for the wknd and my gf made a point to take us there because she knows I love liver. It was delicious!!! I recommend!!! All of the food was good!!Food: 5/5
This is my default place I go to when I don't know exactly know what I have a taste for and they never disappoints. I dined there on Father's Day and I had the blackened ribeye steak. I was initially lukewarm, but the server had the kitchen to place it back on the grill for me. It was delicious. Thank you Piccadilly for continuing to provider good food, friendly and competent staff and reasonable prices.
Food is delicious, and the service was great. Our server remembered my name, and he was very helpful, efficient, prompt, and courteous. My friend thought that I frequently ate there, but I only had Douglas serve my one other time before. The food is good enough to go there regularly, that's for sure!Food: 5/5
Service was very nice the food was good. I ordered macaroni/cheese with Nashville chicken breast platter for my son. It came with two other sides and a roll. He was very satisfied with that. For myself I ordered liver/w onions, macaroni cheese and cabbage. Everything was very good I will be returning the next time I have a taste for some home-cooked food. I would have loved to have gotten the fried fish but it was Swai.
Food was excellent! Took order to go. Enough to feed two people for less than 20 dollars. Had the baked chicken, broccoli w/cheese, yams and a roll and drink. Parking: No accessible spots available, but plenty of other parking. Spaces close together though. Should have compact car designated area.
The food is ok but not everything is homemade. The shrimp says battered and fried but clearly that doesn't mean in house lol they are store bought prebreaded shrimp and they look nothing like the picture on their website. I won't get the shrimp again but maybe I will try the fish later on. The rolls kind of tasty dusty if that makes sense. Not some place I would come to often Update: I tried the fried fish and it too was awful. Just stay away from the seafood but the chicken bust
Piccadilly was a fast and decent place to get a full meal. They closed in this area years ago along with Morrison's Cafeteria but I heard that there was one entire order. I think I like the sweet potato pie and cobblers. My meal was haddock and slaw with sweet tea and rolls. Haven't been to one in years I guess the quality should be the same
