Great place for Lunch. I di know it was in this mall. My friend has stated she has been eating here since the age of 8 years old. Amazing. Great service. The prices have gone up. Nevertheless, it's a great place to dine I. Maybe there could be so e updates to the carpet and restrooms. Vegetarian options: The fish was a nice choice and the vegetables are great.
I visited for a family birthday dinner. I had the fish, macaroni and turnips. It was horrible and a waste of money. I ended up eating my sisters fried shrimp which were cooked to order. They were tasty. The restaurant is run down and showing some real wear and tear. The ladies working were sweet attentive and kind. I wanted to walk the mall but didn’t feel safe as guys were openly carrying. Parking: Lock your car.
Enjoyed my veggie plate. Garlic mash w/onion gravy, steamed brocc, butter beans n steamed okra, pleasantly seasoned, ALL to satisfaction. And I got to taste the mango iced tea, which apparently isn't avail daily..so hats off to Decatur, where it's greater Piccadilly . Peace. Update: 1/23/23 Disregard above review. I'm advised garlic nd seasoning is no longer a liberty that Piccadilly takes on. 4/14/23 still satisfying

It a good place to eat for cafeteria style dinning the food is filling and it home style cooking.they allways have a good selection to choose from.

8-19-18 - Sunday dinner outing. Outvoted, Picadilla it was. Good customer service on the lines and from Kedoshia our server. She made sure we were taken care of from the moment she came to our table till we left. The food was good and hot. I had fried chicken, carrot souflet, mexican cornbread, and mango tea. Kids had chicken tenders and sides. Wife had chopped beef and sides. Would've had the chopped beef, but was a 3 minute wait. Of course after she gave me my chicken, it came out, less than a minute later. The corn wasn't seasoned, and my daughter exchanged the macaroni and cheese for another side. The dressing was dry and not the best. Tea could've been sweeter, so exchanged it. The staff were on it though, because an older patron passed out, and they were able to get paramedics on site, and lessen attention to the situation, hopefully making things less stressful on her daughter.
Food was good. The line servers were good except for one lady who I think was some kind of manager on the line. Everyone complained about her snappy attitude when speaking to customers.Food: 4/5

Liver and onions were good as usual. One of the tea containers was very unclean. This was alarming since we were there early in the day. We informed the cashier. I trust that she took care of it. Parking: The restaurant is located inside the shopping mall.
