What a very cold, not professional in any way!!! I am looking to change pharmacy because my insurance has changed now, and thought maybe this pharmacy would be a place I could try.  Met with very cold response and they needed to call my old pharmacy for a transfer, and never did!  I should have trusted my instincts and just left right away!

Not good.   If I could give negative stars I would. Does not accept GoodRx.  Pharmacist consistently lacks accuracy in both Rx prep and billing.  When I asked if my Rx could be rebilled using a discount program vs insurance, I was told I needed to wait so she could have lunch.  This was an issue that had been happening consistently for months.  I wish I could say it was an exaggeration.   Until Pick and Save can find a different pharmacist who has the essential skill sets of accuracy, knowledge of health insurance, and basic customer service essential to a professional in this setting, which unfortunately this pharmacist doesn't I would highly recommend going anywhere else.

I have used the Lombardi location for the past several years and have always been very happy with the service I received. Since moving to the east side of town , I have switched to the Eastside Pharmacy. I  called this morning to check on a prescription for my wife. I was treated very poorly,  I certainly hope that my first 2 experiences are not typical of what I can expect going forward. If so , I will make the longer drive to the Lombardi location.

I have been going here since Shopko closed. The folks here go out of their way to get the lowest price for the prescription.  They scan multiple discount free cards and many times the price they find is lower than personal insurance!  This goes for meds needed by your dog/cat also. If the med is a human also med, here is where you want to come.  The folks are extremely friendly.

Love this pharmacy. Always had great service there.

Not at all impressed with the switch from Shopko to Pick N Save pharmacy.  I rarely see any of the staff smile, no one knows you by name.  There is usually only one pharmacist on at a time, so if there is someone at the drive through, you can bet you'll be waiting over 5 minutes.  I don't feel at all welcomed by the staff.  Seriously thinking of switching pharmacy's  again.

I’m writing this on behalf of my parents.  Do NOT go here, unless you like to be talked down to, treated rudely, ignored, and lied to. If you do, for some reason, go here, avoid Amy. My parents had their prescriptions transferred there, and every time they talked to her, she cut them off, would not let them talk, and treated them like idiots and I witnessed this.  When they decided to go elsewhere, they said they would contact the new pharmacy. Lo and behold, they got there, and they weren’t there. They called, and spoke to Miss Wonderful, who basically insinuated they were lying.  If there was a way to give zero stars, it would be done.

Terrible experience at this specific location. The lady is Amy?? She talks too much, talks you down like crazy. Was initially promised prescription would be ready by Saturday,and that they would call. No call Saturday,  I called Monday, nothing ready,  lady was very rude, said cant fill,  asked why  she replied because we can't. The Lombardi location is EXCELLENT,  VERY GOOD SERVICE, BUT NOT THIS ONE.

Better prices here than with insurance at CVS

So far *not* impressed with the switch over from Shopko. Doesn't seem like Kroger was equipped with enough employees to handle the influx of customers. What usually takes an extreme maximum of 3 minutes now has me standing in a line 10 people deep and it has yet to move.
