Ordered online: Thai Basil Cashew Chicken-no red chili’s, Crispy Honey Chicken, and Lettuce Wraps. I think I got garlic chicken instead of Thai basil Cashew chicken because there was no basil there were no cahsews, no basil, no red peppers, only onions. The crispy honey chicken was super dry and the chicken fir the lettuce weaps was mostly mushrooms which I really don’t care for but tolerate as an ingredient and barely any chicken whatsoever. I called and Socorro apologized and offered to remake but it was after 7pm and we were busy packing to move so did not have time for that. I was told unable to get refund since ordered online whick inadvertently took me to Grubhub Or she can offer a giftcard credit for a free entree . In the situation I should have gotten a gift card for three entrees because the food we got was poor quality and some not even what I ordered. Major disappointment for Pickup Stix which is usually a favorite. As a matter of fact, I just ordered $200 worth of individual entrees and a few fily last month from Aliso Viejo for a party and everything was awesome. So glad I didn’t order from this location!

I really like this Pick Up Stix. This place is close to my home and my wife loves their food. We get the house special chicken or the beef and broccoli. I like that they make your order fresh right when you order it. The food is always hot and very good. The employees are friendly and very helpful, if you need anything, they are always willing to help you out. I would highly recommend this Pick Up Stix.

Delivery came with missing items that was intended for children. Kids were disappointed and ruined our Chinese food and movie night. Rest of the food was mediocre at best.  I called the restaurant about the situation. They offered refund of my order. It didn't fix the situation but at least the restaurant took ownership. I was under the impression that my full order will be refunded but I was hit with a small partial refund few days later.  I will not recommend  a restaurant that doesn't value their customers and only see them as transactions.

No fault of the front.  Sorry cooks, food quality and it being over seasoned topping with the freshness being completely gone. I ordered the lettuce wrap. I felt like there was a lot too much dark sauce,way too much! The chicken was overcooked, chewy, not much else great to say that was appealing with the chicken. Definitely not tasteful! The lettuce itself when you turned it over was brown, old. They were hiding the fact that the lettuce with browning. The carrots were dry and sat out far too long and Zero flavor! Definitely out of a bag carrots. The bean sprouts were the best part of the entire meal.  Don't see myself visiting this place much if the quality of the food is this bad, it is totally been deteriorating.

Food is good but closes super early.  We have submitted orders 30 minutes before doordash closes 20 minutes before the normal store close and they get rejected. I also work in a food place we close at 10-11 so I can never actually eat here. What kind of food places closes at 8??

I gave this a 2 star because I ate it. The Kung pao chicken had no veggies in it. And chicken was dry.Food: 2/5

Asian dishes with a California flavor. We eat at Stix a lot, and really like it. Try the House fried rice, very good. Lots of shrimp and beef. We also like the House chicken with seasonal vegetables. Try the family dinner. It will be enough for three people, four if you're not big eaters. We didn't care for the General's chicken. Maybe we got it on a bad day, we'll try it again. It was overcooked and there was no sauce or vegetables with it. It's the only I've got at Stix that was disappointing. Don't hesitate to try Stix if you haven't been. We like it a lot!

The order was here quickly and fast. Please tip 20% to your Uber driver!! They work hard and get your food there “ahead” of time!!! Good on them!! As the Aussies say!!!

Last night, I went to pick up stix. I ordered the healthiest food in the menu which was beef broccoli. I went out and sat on the patio, the tables were sticky and nasty. The meat was like rubber in my mouth. The food was too salty and sweet. After I got home, I got stomach ache. Employees were nice and friendly. I strongly recommend to stay away from that place and tell your friends!

Service here is one of the slowest pick up stix I've been too. Had to wait for cashier for 3 minutes then waited for my food for 10 minutes with me being the only person in here
