Pie First Bakery is dedicated to made-from-scratch baked goods such as pies, cakes, cookies, scones, muffins and cinnamon rolls. Pies include "Everyday" and "Fancy Specialty Pies." Pie First Bakery also offers a variety of "Queen of Heart Tarts." Each is a 4-inch tart, with such flavors as Roasted Apple with Apricot Glaze, Tart and Juicy Cherry Tarts, and French Silk Chocolate. Decadent beyond belief! We also bake a variety of moist and delicious cakes, such as Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Fudgilicious Chocolate Cake with Over-the-Top Chocolate Frosting, and an amazingly beautiful Yule Log. Our Cookies are j-u-m-b-o and include Peanut Butter, White Chocolate~Macadamia Nut, Chocolate Chip, and Double Chocolate. Our Scones are authentic English scones, meaning they are moist and not dry and "cakey" like so many typical scones. Types of scones include Cranberry~Walnut, Orange~Almond, Lemon Poppyseed, and Scottish Oats. Our Muffins are also jumbo in size and include Banana~Walnut, Blueberry, and Pumpkin~Walnut. Each comes in a fancy bakery~brown tulip paper cup and is topped with a thick streusel. And for when you want that ultimate "comfort food," nothing can beat our extra-gooey Cinnamon Rolls. After 2+years of weekly experimentation, we finally developed what we think is the best cinnamon roll you'll ever try! Each one is large enough for a small army and has a pillowy, soft, yeasty dough made extra rich with a filling of extra dark brown sugar and plenty of butter. We also provide pies, cakes and other desserts to the Bloomington Country Club, and partner with the Indiana University Memorial Union Catering. Pie First Bakery recently catered 26 pies for a "Pie Wedding" at an upscale venue just south of Bloomington.
