This pharmacy is exceptional... Timely refills handled with excellence... Always a valid answer to any question. Respectful and friendly starting with calling you by name. We are fortunate to have Michael as our pharmacist...Oh... and others employed at Piedmont Drug! I'm a thankful client!

Small town store with friendly, helpful staff & superb customer service. I had questions regarding medical equipment that I needed to purchase. The pharmacist was helpful and took the time to explain how things would work. He even carried it to my car for me. I ended up having to return my purchase and it was fast & easy to do.

This review does not reflect my experience with the staff, the staff has always been kind, helpful, and friendly. This review is for their containers and my experience with the owner. I found out after using this store for 2 years, that their bottles are not child proof/resistant at all. New bottles or older bottles, none are child proof. I tested this by giving a brand new bottle empty to my 4 year old who then opened it immediately, then did the same thing to my 2 year old, who again, opened it immediately. This is very disappointing. I contacted the owner Michael about our issue, he assured me that the bottles were labeled child resistant. I explained the experience I had, and he didn't seem to care. He continued to tell me that they were labeled child resistant and that was that. Then he recommended that I keep my bottles out of reach from children. Of course, we as parents would never intentionally allow our children to play with medicine, but in the off chance that they somehow get one of our bottles, I want to know without a shadow of doubt that they cannot open them. I cannot do that with piedmont drug containers. As much as I want to support local business, Michael is making it difficult for us since he will not take action and fix this issue.

The destination of many a bicycle ride as a kid! Order of fries and a Coke and I was good to go. The place has grown since then. Still a Great place to spend the afternoon or half the night when they're runnin!

They are GREAT. They are very friendly and helpful. They treat you like family. Plus if you are ever to sick to pick up your medication they will bring it to you if you live near. I really like that about them. Plus you can find all kinds of over the counter thing's that you haven't seen in a long time. Thank you so much Peidmont Drug. Mike~~The owner & pharmacist is awesome. His co-workers are extremely knowledgeable & sooo friendly. It's a place where you can go in & they know your name. I've known Michael Ball over 30 years now. Great Honest Man

I love being able to deal with a locally owned pharmacy. People know you by name, always greet you with a smile and provide great customer service. If you haven't been in or are new to the area, this is your place for all pharmacy needs!

My favorite pharmacy by far! When my doctor was trying to find me a specific prescription they were extremely helpful. They wanted to make sure I could receive the best product for the best price.

Mike is great. Glad we changed to them. Best move ever.
