The staff was very polite an respectful. Nice atmosphere. They were very knowledgeable an courteous an treated me with the up most care.
I would not bring my plant here. Dr parks was awesome but after her I had two terrible experiences with the nurses. One told me if I waited until 14 weeks into my pregnancy to do the glucose test then my baby would be born in a diabetic coma while I was 8 weeks pregnant. . Then I met with dr wade. Her and her nurse had terrible attitudes with me and my husband. The ultrasound machine broke swhile dr wade had the probe inside me. She left the probe in me for about 7 minutes while she tried to fix the machine. It was painful and embarrassing. She also never turned the screen towards me and my husband which was super disappointing with this being our first baby. That appointment was the last straw for me.
Both experiences I've had here was terrible only positive thing is the friendly receptionist they don't even do OBGYN care there anymore
I have been a patient at the PHC women’s center for a while now, but I have only been a patient of Dr. Randolph’s since last April. She is amazing!! After I met her the first time, I had to have a major surgery and Dr. Randolph sent me an encouraging card to let me know she was following my treatment and she was thinking about me. I was very impressed that she would take the time to do this!! Well, in the fall I found out that I was going to need a hysterectomy, and Dr Randolph told me she could do it locally and use the robotic system that Iredell has. I didn’t hesitate for a minute because I have utmost confidence in my doctor. She told me how much better it is to be able to use the robot and that we are fortunate to have one right here in town. I have to say, my surgery was so much easier than I could’ve ever imagined! Dr Randolph did an awesome job, and I’ve been singing her praises ever since!! She is very thorough, caring, explanatory, thoughtful, and professional! I would highly recommend her and the robot if you are having issues and contemplating a hysterectomy!!
I only recommend 2 Doctors here; Doctor Wacks and Doctor Parker! I do not recommend Doctor Torres or Singh. I've not met any of the other Doctors. With my experience with Torres and Singh the bed side manner is horrible. Torres doesn't look over the past records for patients and don't provide the same care as Doctor Wacks and Parker do. As a high risk pregnancy it's important for your doctors all doctors to be on board with what is going on with your pregnancy. Torres had no clue why my care needed to be transferred to Winston which helps with high risk pregnancy. I appreciate Wacks and Parker for always being on board with my progress through out my pregnancy.
On May 5, 2022, I had a complete robotic hysterectomy done by Dr. Randolph. I stayed overnight and went home the following day! I had a wonderful experience. I literally had NO PAIN! I returned for my post op visit on June 27, and learned that everything was exactly as Dr. Randolph had hoped it would be! I highly recommend this surgery if a hysterectomy is in your future! Robotic surgery is available in Iredell County!! You do not need to travel out of town to have it done!!! I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Randolph. She totally prepped me for what to expect from the surgery and completely explained and showed me pictures of what my surgery entailed! I have highly recommended her to all of my friends, both young and old! She’s is the BEST!!! Submitted by Marilyn Gregory
I had several larger uterine polyps removed by Dr. Torres a couple of weeks ago. Dr. Torres was wonderful; listened and responded to my concerns; I felt cared about and I never felt rushed in my office visits. Surgery went perfectly and resolved the symptoms I had. Also, Kelli, one of the nurses in the office who was part of the team taking care of me, was very pleasant and kind as well. Would highly recommend this medical team.
Dr Torres is an awesome doctor! I would recommend her to anyone that has planned on having any hysterectomy type surgery. She is a well trained/ experienced individual. She's the best around! I am so glad to have had such a caring doctor that will give you as much information as possible to make the process less stressful & worrisome. Thank you so much!
Throughout my pregnancy I’ve gotten the chance to be seen by all of the doctors and most of the nurses I believe, and I have no complaints. I had seen a few prior to pregnancy for regular gynecological checkups. They are all very nice and very professional. I always feel taken care of and I know they are listening to all my concerns without judging me. They have a lot of resources available and are very informative. I had some difficulties at the beginning of my pregnancy and they did a great job at comforting me and treating me with compassion while still being upfront and honest about all the possibilities going on. I would highly recommend the women’s center to anyone who’s looking for an OBGYN.
Dr. Singh and her team were excellent at performing my surgery. All the risks and benefits were explained to me and all my questions were answered. She provided wonderful follow up care and instructions. She has listened to me and helped me make informed decisions about my healthcare. The entire front desk and her whole office has been the best at their jobs and they really care about their patients. My anesthesiologist was very great also. Everyone at Iredell Memorial Hospital was nice and professional.
