I will always choose piedmont! Absolute best doctors and staff. They’re all great, if you are just looking for basic care. If you have a bigger concern about your health and want it to be taken more serious I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kidwai.

They have always been there if I needed anything. Refills, appointments, referrals. The nurses are friendly and always helpful. I've been going to them for over 10 years.

Huge mistake going here than my reg doc I use now I know why the scheduling lady said Dr Megan always  had openings  she was freaking wierd honestly I think she was on drugs ! Will never be back ever. Waste of time I knew more than she did seriously I think she was on drugs by her behavior.

I really used to think very highly of this doctors office. All the staff . But the last  in the last 18 months or so it's gotten pretty bad. I can't get messages through, I can't even talk to a real person. It took coming in several times over the course of 18 months complaining of coughing and bitter taste during the night before I felt like I was being taken seriously. I feel as if I'm not being heard anymore. I'm going to have to find somewhere else, I really hate starting over. But I can't keep going here.

I have no complaint about Dr Kidwi, but the staff is another story. It’s almost impossible to get a refill on my mom’s medication. The pharmacy contacts them several times and I have to call them over and over. I leave messages and can’t get them to respond. This is getting very irritating. Looks like another Dr may be needed. This happens Every time she needs refills!

I have to give All the Staff at Piedmont Heart of East Ellijay a big Thank you. Everything since I have been going here. All the Staff has been very Professional and Courteous and Understanding. And I would highly recommend Piedmont Heart of East Ellijay to Anyone.

Too bad I can't do zero stars.  I was happy with the Dr. here but the office staff are pretty much horrible,  uncaring and virtually worthless.  Good luck getting anyone on the phone and IF you somehow win the lottery and do get someone it is likely they will be completely unhelpful and disinterested.

No matter how sick your child is, it is almost impossible to get any nurse on the line, or to receive a call back when you leave a message. The answering service says you will receive a call back the same day yet it never happens.

Professional yet friendly and approachable

Don't expect a timely meeting.
