Piedmont Plumbers

Had an emergency leak in the front lawn. I called around and these guys are the only ones who not only showed up but they took care of the problem and were very professional. Definitely will be my go to from now on.

They identified that I had a screw in my garbage disposal how it got there who knows but thanks to piedmont it's fixed.

Tech very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He tested everything and very courteous.

The absolute best plumbers! How nice it is to have an honest plumbing company you can trust. We have been using them for 5 years and we are NEVER disappointed!

Called for estimates. Sent plans never heard back. Then lady at desk says there to busy to return phone calls then hung up. Ok dont want my business. No problem

Do not use these people! They are very rude and will make up any story they can. Brought a Mungo home, mistake There! Had a plumbing issue and these plumbers were the ones to come out. Made a mess downstairs, on the stairs and in the upstairs bathroom and didn't clean up anything. Even left the lights on!!! VERY RUDE!!!!!

I had a sink that wasn't draining well. It would get clogged up very easily and you could hear the water draining very slowly through the side without the garbage disposal. This is a brand new home we moved into 3 weeks ago and everything was still under warranty. We called Piedmont Plumbers and two days later they were at my house fixing my sink. Whoever installed the sink piping left a piece of tubing in one of the pipes which was blocking about 50% of the pipe from letting water and food pass through. He found the problem in less than 15 minutes and we were fixed. They were on time and courteous. I would recommend this company.

Update: Johnny called me back. He made everything right. I appreciated him doing this. I have changed the score from 1 star to five star. Prior to update: These guys will “warranty” something and then give you hell to come out and fix it. Call someone else Spoke to John Wicker, he is a “plumber” and extremely rude. They’ll tell you there’s no problem l, even prior to seeing it, when you obviously have a problem. Call freedom plumbing! They’re great!
