On entering days in the manager was extremely sweet. The hotel is cozy, clean remodeled and have a friendly atmosphere and staff. I'm a truck driver and the location is walking distance from truck stop an a few restaurants. It's worth the price for the convenience and sweet hospitality. The property is Trash, the service is trash, the room stinked, there was a dirty bra under the bed, refrigerator did not work…. The complimentary towels were dingy with hair on them, they had bugs & roaches…. The restroom is old & disgusting…. The staff is rude…. Over priced…Rooms: 1/5
Trash . It's in the hood. They have bed bugs and are very nasty towards black people. The refrigerator doesn't work. The TV barely have service. Wifi is always goes out . The tissue is 1 ply. Seen roaches running not one a couple. I seen a rat In the office I Definitely left.Rooms: 1/5
My wife and I stayed here on the way from Florida to New York on 4/20/23. The motel room was old and in disrepair, the plumbing and electrical systems were a disaster. I can say that the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful, but I would definitely avoid this place in the future.Rooms: 1/5
The bed was comfortable the room was okay but the owners were very unfriendly and complained about our dog even though we paid a fee for the dog. They harassed us in the morning because we were slow to move.
Nasty slack hotel take your money dont provide receipts. Fails to probably provide durable rags towel and basic room necessities. Don't want to take responsibility for injury that happen at there property and big liars!Rooms: 1/5
O/5 horrible, the room was 90 a night plus 75 dollar deposit we stayed 2. The beds headboards, floors were all badly infested with bed bugs.. we couldn't even sit down for 2 minutes before they were all through my hair let alone get any sleep... so we paid 250 plus for a shower. The manager was rude rude, called to inform him and hung up on us, tried to talk to him in person and he stomped away. Come check out time this morning he tries to say we payed no deposit, after arguing with my s.o. for a while he hands him deposit, we get to our car and its only 40 dollars of 75. So we go back to manager and he gets all heated saying that's all we payed and once again arguing. But finally gives us the rest of deposit and banned us.
The outside was not appealing to me, but I decided to go there because all of the other hotels were booked. But when I got there, it was way better then I expected. The rooms were clean and nice. The front desk attendee was nice and I felt safe, even though I was traveling alone. They had a nice complimentary breakfast. If I stay in Columbia again, this will be my spot. The only downfall was that the pool area was not opened until the summer
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, but yikes is it loud here! It’s right next to an interstate freeway so it makes sense, but they could do more to mitigate the traffic noise that passes through the walls, for example using thick noise-dampening window curtains. I’m not able to sleep using earplugs so that wasn’t an option. The “continental breakfast” was also very disappointing; it was just coffee and pre-packaged muffins. No fruit, cereal, toast, bagels, or waffles. There is no snack food vending machine either.
DO NOT STAY HERE! 0 stars should be an option. Rooms look nothing like the pictures, pool was dirty, room had mold & smelled horrible. Not to mention the crackheads roaming the property. We were there 5 minutes before asking for a refund. Manager/Owner was a joke! We asked for a refund letting him know the rooms weren't in good condition. They catfish you with the pictures. Pool is literally a hole in the ground. Maybe 5 people could fit in it, but it was disgusting due to no maintenance. We did recieve our refund however as we were leaving the owner approached us about "using the room & now it was going to take the staff 10 minutes to clean". We never used the room other than sitting on the bed to find another hotel. There's no chairs or other furniture in the room to utilize so sitting on the bed was the only choice. Funny enough he asked me if I was going to leave a review & I wasn't until his behavior became ridiculous! He made such a big deal about us sitting on the bed he was actually puffing his chest at us as if he was going to actually do something! Finally after the 4th time he puffed his chest I lost my kindness. He began swearing & kicked is off the property like we weren't already leaving. He actually became very entertaining the more angry he got. He originally asked if I was going to leave a review & I assured him I wasn't. However, after his behavior I had to. It's bad enough the property is trash but I didn't expect for the owner to be just as trashy. We went to the Baymont & was quite pleased. Wyndham needs to be embarrassed & should rethink their dealings with Days Inn.
