We are a non-profit, all volunteer Fire, Rescue, and EMS Department. We cover 172 sq. miles and nearly 3,000 people. Pike-Sandy-Britt was started in 1964.
The mission of the Pike Sandy Britt Fire Department is to minimize loss of life and property from fires, natural disasters, and life-threatening situations and to assist other emergency agencies. It is our vision to be known as an innovative and progressive fire department. We are dedicated to the delivery of effective fire suppression, rescue services and quality fire/safety education to the public. We strive to offer the best available education and training to our members. We are committed to providing an environment, which fosters teamwork among members. We desire to have an atmosphere of open communication, which promotes the health, and welfare of individual members.
The Pike Sandy Britt Fire Department is committed to providing responsible municipal service in an open, effective and efficient manner to all citizens of the local and area townships of Pike, Sandy, Wuori, and Unorganized Townships Hay Lake & Sand Lake. The ultimate goal is to preserve and enhance the quality of life for future generations.
