Pilgrim Gardens Wine and Spirits

Bad selection and cashiers are extremely rude. The old one with the gray hair thats mentioned in other reviews tried to accuse me and my wife of stealing. I told her to call the police if thats what she believed but she declined. Unnacceptable!

One of the staff followed me around everywhere I went in the store. Then at checkout, I was accused of stealing. Very unprofessional and rude customer service.

It was easy to select what I needed and the lines were short.

Great selection and stocked well ..the cashier was not very friendly ..i mean we all have bad days but ...if you work with the public you should at least have a decent personality ...and not be so rude ..

First time visiting this location but it was a very nice visit. The staff member was very pleasant and engaging with me and my wife also helped us pick out gift bags for our purchase not just point us to them. Keep that up customer's appreciate that curiosity when asking for help finding thing's and asking for an opinion on there purchases

The associated for the most part are very pleasant, professional, and helpful.

This one is very clean, well lit and organized. They have a really nice wine cellar now, which I haven't explored yet, but it looks interesting. There are labels on everything, even the specials, which is nice so you don't have to guess. I was buying a basic spirit, but there was a large variety top chose from. Nice store.

Store is nice, but the clients leave a lot to be desired, won't be going back there.

The staff is SUPER friendly n very helpful. I needed help w wine selections 4 friends n family w very fine taste. They were on top of their game n blew their minds. Thanks 4 making me look good, yes I took the credit . Thank you 4 always being so kind, patient n willing 2 help, U guys r always very pleasant n I love joking around w Claude way too much!!!!
