If you don't care about your shoes and you don't care about giving them your pick up ticket and them still not being able to find your shoes because they obviously have no system for the storage of the shoes they "fix", AND you don't care about going back to them twice to pick up your shoes and the work still not being done BOTH times...then this is your place! However if you care about your shoes I advise you not to go here.

The owner was very pleasant and did a wonderful job repairing both pairs of my boots. The price was very reasonable too. I don't understand the one 1 star review. If you can't keep track of your ticket, clearly they are going to have a hard time finding your shoes because that's how every shoe repair place I've ever been to organizes them! You can't blame a business for your own lack of responsibility. This guy has been doing this for years and years I'm sure he's tired of people forgetting their damn tickets.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I called before coming to place, I had a small fix with only one shoe. The guy said $10 I asked him he can lower the price and he said he cannot so I told him to do it he said no. I asked him why he said he doesn’t want to do it and ask us to leave. We literally did not do anything. This place is horrible and very rude. I will report their them anywhere I could.
Oscar is the best, what a great guy to take over for Lou the shoe. These guys have taken care of anything from my 22 year old boots to my sneakers. I have nothing but praise!! Skip the guys that over charge! I drive right past them to get here!
A hidden gem in Delco! It is tough to find a good shoe maker or a shoe repair place, but I found one. I recently visited Pilgrim Shoe Repair for the first time and it was a great experience. I had the opportunity to meet Lou and Oscar, both of whom were extremely friendly and helpful. They did a great job with my shoe repair, which was completed quickly and was reasonably priced. If you need shoes or leather repaired, look no further than this place! I definitely plan on returning!
I love these guys. They fixed a pair of Tod's with a rubber soul that I thought were done for good. I trust them with my best shoes and they always do me right. They are very knowledgeable too. Its worth the 25+ mile drive!!!
These guys are truly outstanding. They give good, frank advice, and do excellent work at very reasonable prices. The owner is always a pleasure to talk to -- makes me wish I had more pairs of leather shoes so I went in here more often!
Tried this place because my former zipper repairman has gone out of business. I assumeLoui was my zipper wizard. This man was amazing. He looked at the jacket and in less than five minutes he had the zipper teeth aligned perfectly. When I asked how much, he didn't even want to charge for this!. This saved me an expensive replacement job or even worse, the chore and expense of looking for a new jacket. I have to think that Loui is not only an expert at his trade but an amazing human being. The others in the shop at the time confirmed this. A great way to end my day.
