Our beloved Jackson crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 5/11 at age 14 after being very ill for weeks. He was a cherished member of our family for 12 years. Jackson will always be deeply loved and missed by us. We found Pine Castle Cremation after searching for top-rated pet crematoriums in Orlando, and had the honor of meeting Terry. He made our loss seem a little more bearable with his kind words and caring heart. He treated our beautiful baby like his own and took special care of us. In our time of grieving and heartbreak, I wouldn't want anyone else handling such an important and delicate task. God bless you, Terry.
Terry was amazing during this hard time for me. He was very understanding and treated Pebbles like one of his own which made me feel like she was on very good hands. My beloved Pebbles passed away at 7pm and Terry was already at his house when we called for his service. He instructed us to keep Pebbles until the next morning and bring her in for the cremation but we told him that we couldn’t keep her home because it was too hard for us to do that. He met up with us after 9pm to bring Pebbles and keep her at his house until the next morning. The next morning he called us that she was ready to come back home to us. The process was amazing with him and he was very kind
After losing our beloved Australian Cattle Dog, Cowboy, my family and I were taking our time deciding on a service to handle our boy. After some research and reading about Pine Castle, we reached out to Terry. His warmth and hospitality were the exact things we needed during this incredibly difficult time. Terry asked questions about Cowboy to learn about him and took his time to develop a comforting and safe place for us to say our last goodbyes. We were given time and space to talk and get to know each other and discuss memorial options he provides. Terry is a true gentleman and builds trust from the beginning. Our beloved Princess passed away at 13 years old. Today we took her to Terry at Pine Castle Cremation Services. I cannot begin to explain how much of a wonderful, kind and gracious human being he is. He walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He made this unfortunate passing so much easier by being such a caring professional. I would not entrust anyone else with my Pets other than Terry. If I were able to give 100 stars I would! He is truly an Angel who walks on Earth. What a Blessing he has been to us. He makes me feel like good people still exist in this world. Thank you again for everything Terry. Endless blessings to you for helping us all deal with the passing of our pets.
Never will I forget Terry, I was torn apart having received a call at 6:30pm from my mother that my life long best friend of 20 years my cat Sue had passed away. I quickly started looking for pet cremation services only to find everyone closed, I called one gentlemen in kissimmee who was very rude, and then decided to call Terry expecting an answering machine. To my surprise he answered, apologized for my loss, and told me about his own sweet kitty Lilly, and then agreed to stay late for me to be able to drop her off that evening. I had a long chain of events that happened but he waited on us 2 and a half hours. We arrived at 9 and he invited us in, he never rushed us, but instead asked me about her, gave me very comforting words, and then just talking to my fiancé and I for a little bit. I’m a situation where my heart felt ripped out of my chest he showed so much empathy, compassion, and true care. I left feeling as though my sweet Sue was was definitely with someone who would treat her with respect, dignity, and compassion. He then had my sweet Sue ready for me to pick her up after I got off work the next morning. He returned to me the towel and blanket she was brought in, and then led me to the viewing room where he gave me the best gift I could’ve imagined, my sweet calico baby, he saved clipping of each area of her fur color to show her beautiful coat, plus her whiskers, and the tip of her tail. He told me “something to hold, physically, whenever you’re missing Sue” and that was something I had never thought of but got home and held it for a long time crying and remembering happy memories. I will never forget Terry and I hope anyone who is scared and heartbroken will take my advice and call him, his facility is connected to his other business working on classic cars. He is such a wonderful man that I am so happy was put in my path. Thank you Terry, I am sure that my Sue would say thank you too.
I have used other services in the past for my “children” who have gone to the rainbow bridge, this time I was blessed to come across Terry and his cremation services. He is a godsend!! Such a compassionate individual and truly cares about you and your loss as though it was his own. I will be using Terry from now and recommend him to anyone else looking for someone who is compassionate, honest and respectful to you and you lost loved one
This past Saturday 9th of September i lost my buddy Sanky, he was my only fur baby for 13 years. I can not thank Terry enough for his compassion and sympathy at this sad moment. The care and work done was above my expectations. Thank you and God Bless all you do.
Terry was very helpful and kind. My dog passed away at home and I wasn’t sure where to take him, but googled and found Pine Castle. Terry has been doing this a long time and makes you feel at ease that your pet will be taken care of with live and respect and that you can count in receiving the correct pet remains. I will use him again for my other pets when they cross the rainbow bridge.
Terry here truly offers a private cremation service for families. I brought my boy to Pine Castle on the last leg of his journey on earth. Terry was very patient, kind, respectful and understanding and calmly waited for me to be ready while i held my boy. No rush whatsoever. I needed to make sure that my boy was handled with care and respect and wanted to be there by him to the last moment. I got to do just that. At no point of time was my boy out of my sight until Terry cremated him with dignity, care and respect. And handed over the remains the same day. His office where he holds the remains in urns is very tidy and very well organized. He refers to the animals as "best friends". At a time as sad as a creamtion service every bit of kindness and respect means a lot to us families and Terry does this well.
The place is small but He Terry has a HUGE HEART! We definitely recommend Him for your pet cremation. We will come back when needed. RIP TUBBO!
