If I could give them zero stars I would. We have zero trust in our carrier. We've had multiple pieces of mail either not delivered, mis-delivered to neighbors or just not gotten any of the mail at all, even though we get texts/emails showing we have mail for that day. On top of all this, they will lie to you over the phone saying the carrier is out there. Currently 6pm and still haven't received today's mail. Offices are closed and zero sign of the carrier anywhere on nearby roads. Great job Pine Grove USPS!
Would also give them zero if it was possible. The drivers will ruin your drive way, speed away on a private road almost hitting people and the office with make every excuse in the book for them. Don’t expect much out of this group!
Everytime we go in we recieve amazing service. Depending on the time you go, you might be able to walk right in or you may have to wait in line. No matter the situation Gina always welcomes everyone with a sincere smile and greeting. I've seen people be unhappy and be rude to her because of mailing issues and she still keeps her calm and continues to be courteous. She is a phenomenal employee. People should understand that the workers are just doing there job. They shouldn't be yelled at because of the fee to ship or a lost package. It's not the front ends fault.
I was recently missing two packages, online it said they had been delivered but I had not received them. A couple days later I submitted a claim on the USPS website to try and locate my missing items and the next day the local Postmaster Michelle contacted me personally to help resolve my issue. The day after she contacted me both of my missing packages were delivered. Michelle was so friendly and helpful. I’m really glad to know that she is there if anything like this were to happen again
As a small business owner who runs an entirely online shop, I have used this location for my USPS drop offs as well as PO Box and have received great customer service from the staff. This particular year has honestly been a nightmare for online business owners due to delays in stock and an increased order volume. With the amount of packages I constantly have coming in and out, I have only ever had one package delivered to the wrong PO Box, and the staff was able to return it to me. I have had to call them on occasions and my calls were always answered. I do not think a lot of people understand the amount of packages coming in and out this year due to the pandemic and how extremely challenging this entire year has been for postal service staff. I am overall very happy with the services I have received here.
Excellent customer service. Curtis is a great guy who has helped me and my family out on many occasions. During the butte fire he made sure we were able to get our mail still even though we evacuated from our house and couldn’t get to our road.
Ordered part for a customer next day UPS, part was dropped off at Pine Grove USPS for delivery. Strange since I am a mile away from this location. Went in with my tracking number and asked for my package. Was told they have too many UPS packages to sort through Really? The UPS driver has to sort through the whole truck in 1 minute and would have to wait until USPS actually finds it, loads it on a truck, then delivers it later on in the week. Not very much support for local businesses when customers are waiting not to mention next day was delayed due to USPS laziness when there is rarely more than 2 customers at this location compared to big city post offices with a line of 15 people. I think they could have taken 5 minutes to look for my package.
Whoever just just delivered a package on Bowman Road in Pine Grove, searched around to find the only dry spot on my porch or back deck, I can’t tell you how wonderful you areIt was just so wet all over‼ I am so impressed and thank you so very much
A package was delivered there and when I asked to pick it up, I was told that there was “a lot to look through”. Talk about lazy. Terrible customer service.
