There's no reason a package that states it would be delivered by 8/15 should be sitting at this facility "waiting to be received" for over a week. I could've driven there and back 5 times by now.
I received a notification stating my package had been delivered and signed for. Neither myself or my husband signed for it. The ladies at the post office went above and beyond to make sure I received my item!! Can’t say enough good things about them.
I would give a 5 star except for the young female who seems to absolutely hate her job there. The older lady and the man are both very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Get the young lady that comes in at lunch time the heck out of there and you will get 5 stars all the way. I hate dealing with her and try to get there before she does.
dianna white is an angel. after a mishap led to my losing my job she immediately rushed what was needed over to me so I am able to get my job back. Shes amazing
Clerk 09 has all ways been very helpful, always reminds me, do you need stamps? She will ask and with the type of package I had today, she knew I wanted it insured. She knows her stuff when it comes to the postal service!!!
[Dec 3rd 2020] Jackpot!!!! Went to multiple USPS's and all had lines out the door. This location had zero lines and the gentleman USPS associate helped me weigh and process and return a huge TV that FedEx had launched off their truck onto my porch cracking the screen, but that's another story. Even tho this was a little out of the way for me, it was absolutely worth it! Highly recommended.
I mail packages to my grandchildren, who are served by the China Grove post office. Unfortunately, their letter carrier will not deliver packages to their door. If the package does not fit into their oversized mailbox, they are out of luck. The letter carrier will leave a slip in the mailbox. If their mother is sick, too bad. She has to haul herself and the three children down to the post office to pick up a package the carrier is too lazy to get out of her truck and deliver. I wish China Grove would do something about this letter carrier - she does this routinely. And they know it.
Terrible customer service. Dianna White is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unreasonable. Making China Grove look very bad.
Always have courteous and quick service here. I go out of my way to use this location.
Rude customer service from a young black woman. She act like she hates her job and and wasn’t friendly! Never going back to that place!
