We made arrangements with this place to prepare the grave for my mother in law who recently passed away. We made the arrangements for them to dig the grave on Tuesday the week of the funeral. They agreed and we all made the arrangements for a Friday funeral at noon. We were told they would have the grave dug and tent over the area and then fill in the grave after the family had the service. We do not live in this county anymore and haven't for several years, so everyone had to drive in from surrounding states. We all get to the cemetery and there is no tent, no grave and no one from the funeral home. You can imagine the feelings this caused. We then called the funeral home and the nasty little girl who answered the phone was unapologetic and said they were on there way and we would just have to wait. When we said we going over to the old home place and would be back in a while she said they had other things to do and we would have to fill in the grave. If this kind of service is what you are looking for by all means call them. They are in the wrong business to be uncaring, rude and unorganized, if they can't do something as simple as dig the grave I wouldn't let them do anything for a loved one, a whole funeral would be way over their level of competency. They should have negative stars for these people.
My mother has been gone 15 years now and I love these people like they were my family. They did everything I asked. They are my family now I wish I would have done a review a long time ago. Thank you for everything
