this is the BEST Pharmacy ! they always have a positive attitude and help us get everything on time and genuinely care about their clients! we much prefer pine planes to cvs thank you for being so kind!

All of the staff at the Pine Plains Pharmacy are very polite, very much willing to go out of their way to make sure you walk out a satisfied customer. I recently had to bring my daughter for a COVID test, and the staff stayed late after hours to administer the test so we didn’t have to wait over the weekend until Monday to get tested. I am so very grateful for your assistance and I highly recommend them for all of your pharmaceutical needs.

Having grown up in Pine Plains my whole life, Pine Plains Pharmacy has always been a friendly, helpful establishment in our community. Although, it wasn’t until today that I realized how truly wonderful Pine Plains Pharmacy really is and continues to be. I was back home in Pine Plains visiting family, when I received the very scary news that both of my children had been exposed to COVID. My mind swirled as my mom told me to call Pine Plains Pharmacy. I did and my call was answered right away with the most friendliest of voices on the other end. The woman explicitly walked me through the process, was prompt in sending me the online forms to fill out, answered all of my questions, explained the different tests and offered advice, kept me calm and reassured, and most of all, even went above and beyond and gave us an appointment for minutes later, even when there weren’t any left for the day and it was close to closing. Upon arriving there, I called and spoke to another very helpful man in the pharmacy and we had no wait as we pulled up curbside for my children’s tests. The woman who did the test was the best! It was so fast and so easy. She had a wonderful, comforting way with my 5 and 9 year old, and immediately made them feel at ease for their first COVID test, explaining everything in such a kid-friendly, warm way. We were called and emailed with the results extremely fast, and received a follow up phone call as well. Words can’t express the gratitude I have for the Pine Plains Pharmacy for providing amazing, quality care and very quick service for our family today.

Wonderful customer service and a huge asset to the community! This is the only location in our rural area that offers rapid COVID testing, including rapid molecular tests that have top tier accuracy. Their website is easy to navigate and has great availability due to their efficiency. Despite the huge volume of stressed out individuals that come through their curb side testing unit every day, they always provide friendly and caring service, while also getting the results back to you ASAP. They are a huge resource to the local and surrounding communities in this trying time, and I am so grateful for them. THANK YOU!!!

I was referred to Pine Plains pharmacy for a mandatory COVID-19 test, which is a requirement for my son to return to school. I was anxious about LDW making it difficult to get a test within the 1-3 day requirement needed for him to return to campus. The pharmacy is one of the few if not only in the area that facilitates the "rapid PCR" or molecular tests, which are a lifesaver! The test is more accurate than a traditional rapid test and was accepted by my son's school. I called the pharmacy on Friday to schedule an apt for the following Tuesday. A lovely woman named Jeanie assisted us - she was fantastic! She walked us through the different testing options and apt times, how much it would cost, and sent through all of the necessary paperwork. Best part is I arrived at 9:30 a.m. for my test, left at 9:45 a.m., and had the results emailed to me by 10:45... incredible! Again, Jeanie was SO wonderful to work with - pleasant and knowledgeable. If you have children who need testing for school or if you need testing for travel/work, I highly recommend Pine Plains Pharmacy. A local business with top notch technology. Grateful to have them in our community!

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to! The whole team is incredibly helpful and courteous at all times. They have helped me in a pinch many times, whether communicating with my doctor's office, notarizing forms, shipping UPS packages and, most importantly, administering the COVID vaccine! They really care about the community and it's clear in everything they do!

My son woke up with a slight fever and I wanted to get a quick Covid test to put us all at ease. I made an appt the same day for a time in-between work meetings, drove there, waited maybe 5 minutes, he got tested with a the molecular test NAAT which gives results within the hour. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't had that fast and efficient service anywhere in the area as well as in the city. Highly recommend. Thank you!

My husband needed a negative Covid test result for work and needed a guarantee he would get the results within the allotted three-day window of the business event. All the CVSs and Rite Aids in my area that offered free testing could not guarantee delivery of the results in this time frame. Maybe, maybe not. When you have a plane to catch or a business event with a non-negotiable deadline that "maybe not" could cost you a lot of money. So it was worth paying Pine Plains Pharmacy to guarantee delivery. They not only got us the results within the 3-day window they got it to us the VERY NEXT DAY. This is their typical turnaround. With so many concerns that come with these times it was really nice to not have to worry about this detail. To top it off, it was incredibly easy to secure an appointment at short notice you call them, they send you an email, you follow a link to select your appt and the staff is so helpful and pleasant. Testing was curbside for reduced exposure and there were no queues. We arrived and were done in 5 minutes. Thank you Pine Plains Pharmacy!

I needed to get a Covid-19 test done and get the results back fast so I could get back to work. Nasir and his staff we very helpful with setting up the appointment same day and walking me through the process step by step. And when I didn't get the results back before closing time on Saturday afternoon I was a little worried I wouldn't get them back in time. But.....Nasir called me after hours and let me know my results came back negative! I was so appreciative that he took time put of his day to stay late to get my my results!!
