Pine Valley Plantation is a resident-owned 55+ mobile home community located in Belchertown, a lush green rural area of Western Massachusetts. Pine Valley was incorporated in 1986 when residents together purchased the 150 acre park from its private owner. As a co-operative, residents each own a share in the park. There are nearly 390 manufactured homes on lots of approximately 6,600 square feet each.
Situated on route 9 just ten miles southeast of Amherst, Belchertown is the second largest town – in area – in Massachusetts.
