I went into Victoria's Secret yesterday and was greeted right away by a sales associate by the name of Shanetelle. She immediately found me what I needed, helped me with sizing and advice, even managed to help me find whatever else I had asked for during the few hours i was there. It has always been so difficult finding a bra that fits me right and as I know of, VS is the only place that carries it. After the whole experience in store I will definitely be going back and may even apply for a job. It was definitely the most pleasant experience I have had in that store. For those of you who have complained abut not getting tissue paper, it has happened to me swell at different locations, it is just an honest mistake that has nothing to do with your weight. If it was that much of an issue, you should've gone back and asked for it and not complain about it online. The associates at Victoria's Secret have the same ability to make a mistake just as everyone else. In closing, the store was well managed, very clean/organized, the associate who helped me knew exactly where everything was that i was looking for, smiled and even made the "bra journey'" a little easier to take by being empathetic, enthusiastic about her job and very personable. The experience was an overall 10/10 and i will definitely be going back to shop soon. Thank you so much for the incredible experience! See you soon!

I would recommend paying with cash only. I was charged a total of $80 extra they said it did not go through BUT it did! Still disputing it with my bank after 2 months! I would only pay with CASH if I ever go there again after that experience!

Friday at 3:00 was a lot calmer than I expected. The staff was very helpful and the store looked clean and well organized which was surprising considering there were still clearance items from the semi annual sale.

Not very happy. Iordered my bra from the Saugus store and I did an exchange for the Same bra but just in different size since they only carry it online. When I read my order I saw that the cashier order the wrong size for me and I let her know but insist me that this is the correct size. When I got my order the cashier not just ordered the wrong size for me but the wrong bra style also. Now I want to order the same bra I got last time but in correct sizes they ran out online and stuck with a bunch of expensive bras that doesn't fit me plus I don't want to return them because I used a very good coupon and that would be a waste. And this is not the first time this happens in Saugus. I only went there cause Peabody location is remodeling. I'm trying very hard not to go to Saugus location cause I might cause a scene and end up on breaking news.

Nice place to go for cool shopping and I love it.

Needs more personal. And more stock in the products.
