Manger is very rude! Went to store looking for ornament that was not supposed to be released until that day. Was told nothing is being released that day even though there were 4 different ornaments that were supposed to be released that day. Then was told well we may have already put them out in November and it’s not her fault they are allowed to do that. And also felt the need to throw in a couple of more remarks. You should of put it on a wishlist. Those people would get them first anyway. I have been collecting for over 25 years you don’t have to explain to me about a “wishlist”. Ornament was supposed to be a special release for that day so why would I think otherwise? Was I angry or rude to you once?? NO!! This is actually not the first time this particular woman has been rude. She has in the past also. I will shop elsewhere now. Don’t need the unnecessary rudeness and remarks.
One of my favorite places to go. I can always find gift that is different and I am proud to give! I love looking around and getting ideas for future celebrations! There are also staff members always available and eager to help
I love love love the Paper Store! They have the best stuff ever, they have so many unique gifts from funny gifts, home decor, baby gifts, wedding gifts and planners along with Lilly Pulizer and many many other good names to shop from. They also have a jewelry counter with beautiful bracelets and necklaces. The only downside of the Paper Store is the prices! I feel they are a bit on the high side. Other than that a great store to browse around!!!
I got this really cool pocket that has a magnet and I can put my phone in keys in it while walking. Everything in there is super cool. The woman that helped me out was really nice and just what I was talking about when I asked her about where it was in the store. You could spend all your money in here and have a good time looking around at things you want and probably don't need but you end up buying.
Love this store. Best selection of cards around. I'm sad they closed the Medford store.
Great store with a nice selection of gifts. I'd love to see less local sports items, but to each their own. Excellent card selection and you would be hard pressed not to find a lovely gift here, for all ages.
If I could give this a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. The customer service was horrendous. Very disrespectful towards me and my family. Something was marked wrong and I went to buy it thinking it was a different price. They did not label the product correctly. All 3 of the managers would not due anything, they all game me a terrible attitude, and then hid in the back of the store. The only courteous employee, was the cashier I had. Nobody apologized except for that cashier. Very disappointed with the service I was given.
There's a good array of gifts for women sold there. Prices can be on the higher end depending on the item. If you are unsure of what to get someone for Christmas or Mothers Day this store can be a good place to start looking.
This is a specialty gift and card store where you can use your Hallmark Crown rewards card. They have everything from jewelry to clothes, and an amazing selection of beautiful cards. You can't go wrong stopping in.
The Paper Store is one of my favorite places to shop for special gifts. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
