I have visited this Target multiple times. Unfortunately, this last time my daughters and I experienced racism. We were trying on some clothes, and as we were going to put the clothes back on one of the racks outside the fitting rooms, Cathy was rude, practically yelling at us to put the clothes on the empty racket. But this was not the worst part. She proceeded to say, "Welcome to America, where we do things right". I brought this up to the attention of the manager and hope they take this seriously and do something about it. This is my daughters' first time experiencing racism and they felt unsafe, and still feel sad and discouraged. We speak English and understand what she said, other people may not. Racism is unacceptable.
It has so much potential, it’s a good and big target, but it is so messy. I went there on a Sunday morning as soon as it opened, thought it would be the best time. Unfortunately, everything was a mess, looked like people forgot to clean and organize the night before, or maybe they just don’t do it. Hope they can figure out what’s going on.
Only Target that’s ever told me and my girlfriend we can’t carry our little dog in the store. Wasn’t even a manager just some random Ken who likes to feel control. Not a friendly store. I’ll go to any other target.
Not one person working here has any clue about inventory, where things are, how to help anyone. I've literally asked five people if they can help me and they looked at me like I was asking them a complex math question which none of them could ever possibly answer. Stay away!
Came to the store to buy something that the website said they had seven of. When I went there, they said they had none. When I showed them My phone that said they had them in stock, they looked at me like I was crazy and said "yeah, they don't update that." Then they just stared at me. If you can, drive 100 miles out of your way to stay away from the store.
honestly have shopped here a lot. It’s disappointing that I had a bad experience here today, 03/22/23. I came in for a return but of course I came shopping as well. Once we were done me and my partner separated while I went to make the return and she went to self checkout. She witnessed the attitude the customer service rep was giving me after I showed him a return receipt. The same receipt that TARGET allows their target circle members to look up on THEIR app. He continues on saying I can’t use a phone barcode and rudely asks if I have the card I used because they can’t allow returns with phone receipts. I was confused and told him “well that’s new” and he responds by saying this is a “policy”. Then he basically asks if I have the physical card used to make the purchase, I said I used the red card and he said I need use the physical. I explained to him that when I initially bought it at self check out, I used the barcode in the app for my red card. He told me well I can’t do a return and that it wouldn’t work. I finally showed him the product and he aggressively takes the item that I just set down in front of me. Very unprofessional he asked me if there something wrong with it and I said nothing. Mid sentence he intentionally opens it in front of me and sees the seal on the product still on there and stays quiet I was so shocked with the attitude I received.
The worst Target to go to or order a pick up from. I placed an order for sony headphones online since I had a coupon that I can only use online, went there few hrs to pickup if it’s ready. They said it’s not yet. Am like ok no worries will be back tomorrow. Went out of curiosity to check if they have it in stock and saw 4 on the shelf at least. After going back home more than 15 miles away they send that the order is out of stock are you kidding me, I saw them available and even spoke to one asking about them. Add to that the amount of mess and disorganisation, disgusting. First and last time to go to this one.
I don't live at Target like some people but every time I go into this Target it is not very clean and there is staff everywhere. Either they are restocking products, cleaning/organizing, or all ready helping someone. Majority of the regular staff know the isles but the seasonal ones not as much. But all the staff is friendly. This store usually has a lot of popular items in stock. The options for Gluten Free are 3/5. Does have a lot of other diet restriction options as well 4/5. One of the newer store models with a grocery/frozen section and a Starbucks! I've done a couple curbside orders and I will say sometimes the box, container, food freshness, quality of the items are not the ones I would have. its like they took the first one on the shelf instead of the 3rd or 4th But the speed and help of getting my order is 5/5
I placed an order online for an air mattress and it said it would take up to two hours which is perfectly fine. I arrived at the store a little after two hours because there was traffic getting there and when I went inside the lady at the counter said that they were very behind and that it would be even longer to get my order. Did not apologize or accommodate me in anyway just said I would have to wait longer. I would’ve liked an apology because my order only had one item and I already pre-paid for it. As soon as I receive my order I will not be returning here.
