VERY NICE CAMPGROUND!!!!!! Clean, well maintained. Shower houses were very nice!!!!! No bugs or cob webs to worry about. Staff was top notch! Adam the Park Manager showed us the Best hospitality ! He even jumped with me on the jump pad to insure it was safe for the kids And accommodated our every need. We will definitely be camping here more!
I want to say I have been in the park for a month and i did not want to leave. The new management is doing a great job, adding new activities . Everything is keep clean and landscaped. Adam good luck and I hope you continue improving the park. I loved the golf carts. Thanks for a great monthLocation: 5/5
We have chosen this campground several times within the last few years, for our "tiny RV". It's perfectly maintained, quiet at night, and feels very safe. Lots to do for families. Staff are always pleasant. Hope to keep returning often.
We have been here twice and really enjoyed it. Plenty of things to do, but mostly just enjoyed the peace and quiet. The guys caught some fish, and a few of us enjoyed the pool. Nice store with snacks.
Very nice campground, we will be returning! Pros: Very clean and well maintained AT&T service is good Water pressure is great and clean Hookups are all together Kid friendly Cons: Sites behind the office are not level, require large amounts of blocks Office closes early Jump pad was not on Not sure if this was related to end of the year
I camped here for years and went here for the first time under the new owners this year. It was much better past years, I took my little sister's to catch frogs at night which has never been a problem before, camp workers chased us off on a golf cart and told me I had to be on my site after dark. I said I'm an adult not a kid and if I am responsible enough to reserve one of your sites I am old enough to walk around by myself and watch my own siblings. Absolutely Ridiculous. They also make you wear a WRIST BAND which I've never heard of at any other campground and if they see you walking around without one they will try to pry and ask your site number and name. So strict for no reason, there's no need to be that extra. I don't think ill be going back which is sad because this is a family tradition.
We had a wonderful visit to Pioneer Park this past weekend. The staff was very friendly, the manager could be seen throughout the park during our entire stay. We talked with him and he shared the upcoming plans for the park, which sounds amazing! The restrooms were very clean every time we went there. They added golf carts to rent, which was a very nice addition and the rate was fair. We will definitely come back! People don't like change, but this change seems to be for the better!
We had a great time last weekend! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a great size campsite the spaces are not to close together. We had spot 24 which was an end spot it made it great to pull through with my small trailer. The kids had a blast with all the activities. They have a big pool, paddle boats for rent $10 a half hour. Mini golf for 4 was $25, we fished in the boating lake. There are 3 stocked lake that cost $16 a day to fish in but that is to off set the cost of stocking they were stocking catfish on Saturday morning. They have a nice arcade our kids are a little to small for. They also have a nice dog park. We have a camping toilet so we didn't use the bathroom that much. It was clean and we'll stocked though. They had a storytime at 9pm on the office porch they brought hot choc with ice cubes for the little ones and popcorn out for everyone. The girls loved it they had big books with lots of pictures for everyone to be able to see. They also have ice cream & snack bar in the office. It was a great experience and we will be going back!
We needed a last minute spot to stay near Seven Springs and we prefer camping, so we booked online that day. We arrived late and the office was closed, so we figured we were out of luck as far as firewood went. As we were setting up our camp tent, the owner arrived with two bundles of firewood for us. Saved the night for us! Our site was waterfront pic is the view from my tent, the bathhouse was clean and the lakes and amenities were lovely. We will definitely return for a longer stay!
We just spent our daughters 8th birthday weekend here with another camping family and had so much fun! The GM was out and about working and interacting, very friendly. The jump pad made its debut, kids loved it. They still have some kinks to work out but with a little time and patience I think we will be finding ourselves here over Yogi bear! We can't wait to watch the progress of the campground.
