Travelling from UK on a road trip we stopped here in the caboose for 2 nights. Loved it! The caboose was spacious, clean and everything we needed provided. The location is excellent for Bandera main street, walking distance. The pool was great to cool off. Cannot fault it, Debra was so friendly and helpful as was the handyman sorry I've forgotten his name. We would have booked it again for a couple of nights on our return journey but sadly it was already booked up.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for two nights. The host Jeannie is super kind and friendly. We arrived later in the evening and she came to the office and showed us to our site. The RV park is very clean and it is obvious management puts effort and money into the park. The RV park is within walking distance to restaurants. Will stay here again when visiting friends in the area. We didn't use laundry, bathhouse or the pool.
The facilities are clean and accessible. The pool is clean and taken care of. The onsite laundromat is handy. RV Spots are quite level and pretty easy to get into. Wi-Fi is a little touch-and-go, but gets the job done. The park is walking distance from The 11th Street Cowboy Bar which is a great place on any night but has musical talent that punches way higher than its weight in who you'd expect in a town this size. Check out who's playing if you are planning a trip. Nearby activities: A couple of iconic bars in town you should not miss . The 11th Street Cowboy Bar is my favorite. Wednesday nights are BYOS S = steak. Cook your own steak on the grills outside while you listen to music and chat with some real characters. Potatoes and salad are available for purchase. Walkability: Walking distance from downtown shopping and food.
I love after business hours service . I called at 2pm and made a rservation. Lady promised me left paper work after office closed at 5. We arrived at 5.50 and easy found paper work and our spot. I love jacuzzi next to the pool!Location: 5/5
Very quiet. Pool was nice as was the site location near the river. The staff are very helpful and nice as well. We're coming back soon. Walkability: Very close to the town. Recommend a bike.
I was here in bandera looking for property . I have never been treated by any rv park like the people here treated me and my boyfriend . Was here 6 months and they gave me one day to get out they owe me for over a week of stay . Thes people are rude and I don't even want to give you a star . Don't stay here
For the most part, our stay at Bandera Crossing RV Park was the much needed relaxation time we needed. We found the park to be in a quiet location within close proximity to town, local restaurants and activities. We want to commend our neighbor Dave Hart, who resides at Site#51, for his extreme kindness in helping us to get set up and situated upon our arrival. Dave also went above and beyond being neighborly by putting us in contact with the appropriate service persons to get our MotorHome up and running efficiently. Besides being courteous and a very resourceful asset, Dave was a true Godsend!
Friendly, helpful staff! Park is clean and well maintained. Location is great. Walking distance to everything in town. Great area for road trips. Will be back!!!Rooms: 5/5
Amazing RV park with incredible staff and a great owner. We recently went down for an IBCA sanctioned cook-off and had an absolute blast primarily because of how amazingly smooth the staff made everything. Some of the cleanest and nicest restrooms and showers I've ever seen and they also have tiny homes and a caboose that can be rented if you don't have an RV.
You will not find a more beautiful park on the Medina river. Pioneer in Bandera is connected to the city park, so you have access to shallow and deep parts of the river. The owners have added a wonderful walking trail along the water edge that is so nice! The laundry room is super clean and the owners are super courteous and helpful. There is something for everyone! You can walk to the cute shops or the famous 11th Street Bar, fishing, swimming, or just relaxing and watching the deer each evening! The spots may be tight but if you just talk to the front desk when you make a reservation and tell them what you need, they are very accommodating.
