My daughter had to have a tooth pulled. The nursing staff, the doctor, and the reception was on the top of their duties! They made my daughter feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Ashish and his staff to anyone!
Today was s post-procedure check up. Great experience. They fit us in even though we were a few minutes late for our appointment. Both my children were smiling during & after the checkup. Highly recommend this dentist!
We love the doctor! He is so sweet and approachable for my kiddos! Both have been scared before but him and his staff help my kids feel safe and have fun! They even get to “help” with the work holding things for them etc! It was a great and faster then I thought experience! Would totally recommend!
We love Dr.Asish and all of the hygienists! Always a positive experience! We have been going here for almost 8 years and he always asks the kids how they are doing and makes us feel welcome. My daughter was excited when I told her we had a dentist appointment today!
Dr. Ashish is very knowledgeable and through his excellence in dentistry really prioritizes the health of my child. Dr. Ashish really takes the time to be attentive, caring and committed to provide the highest quality dental care for my child. The wonderful dental assistants and all the staff member in the office are very welcoming and caring, it is heartwarming to walk in such a professional environment at each appointment. I am very satisfied with the quality of care that my child receives at the Pioneer Valley Pediatric Dentistry office.
My son and I love this dentistry!!! He has been going for 5yrs. Dr. Ashish and his techs are absolutely AMAZING!!! They are not only super nice and friendly, cut they are compassionate and caring and always make me and my son feel happy and reassured. When my son needed to get fillings he absolutely HATED it and was terrified to go the second time, but didn't put up a fight like he normally wouldwith anything and everything he doesn't want to do or like because he knew he was in good hands, and that definitely made my heart happy.
Ashish is an awful doctor. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else!
Doctor Ashish and his team are top notch and really know how to work with young children. My son is 4 and has been going to his practice since he was 2 and he feels safe and very well cared for by the staff at your practice. Thank you for being so good with children and meeting them where they are at
The dental hygienist we had was absolutely amazing with my young son. She had him "assist" which helped to ease him, he was laughing and completely relaxed. It made for a very comfortable situation and he won't be afraid to go back, thank you! Dr. Ashish is amazing, very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions- he also did very well with my son. The reason for the 4 Star review - I do wish they had more privacy available, there are 3 chairs all in the same medium sized room. I also wasn't super impressed when the receptionist demanded that I book our 6 month appointment while there, instead of asking if I would like to do so. Overall such a great experience for my son who has been going to them since he was a baby and I highly recommend them!
Friendly staff! My 5 year old son wasn’t worried about his first visit because the hygienist explained what she was doing every step of the way. The dentist had a calm demeanor and answered any questions I had. The woman in billing helped me figure out some insurance issues, and was very patient and kind. Highly recommend!
