Pittman's Cleaners & Shirt Laundry

They ruined an 80 dollar shirt that I only wore once before. Best they could do was try and clean it again which did not remove the multiple grease stains they somehow covered the shirt with the first time they "cleaned" it. Very disappointing service and will definitely not be back or recommending this place to anyone else.

Dropped off a mens white dress shirt. Upon picking it up I noticed a small mark? Stain? That had not been there when I dropped it off. They took it back and said they would fix it. Upon picking it up they said they tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it and couldn’t. Brought it home. It was wrinkled! Put some spray and wash on it and it came right out. Then I saw where they wrote my last name in MARKER on the inside of shirt. Why? I know now where the spot came from.Service: Laundry wash & fold

I called and gave the exact details of my item and was quoted a price. I took my item in the same day and was quoted a price $10 higher for the exact same item. Thinking perhaps the mistake was on my end, I went ahead and dropped my item off. They never contacted me to tell me my item was ready. When I picked my item up, they charged me an additional $3.50!! Their staff were polite but couldn't explain why the price kept going up. They offered me in-store credit, but I don't plan to go there again.

I have done business with Pittman's for more than 20 years. During all the times I have taken my family’s clothes to them for any service, I have always been happy with the quality of cleaning as well as the customer service from the amazing people they have working for them! On numerous occasions, Eddy has visited with me about a particular spot or concern he might have on a stain. In particular, I had new lawn furniture cushions that got stained by leaves, and once again, Pittman's outdid themselves on cleaning them. I tell everyone that I know to go to Pittman’s!!! Great service by great people!

Excellent customer service. Repaired a favorite pair or gloves, laundered and pressed a uniform, dry cleaned delicate care clothing, all without issue and in a timely manner. I've kept my business at Pittman's because they are consistently good. I tried other cleaners in Belton, but once I found Pittman's there was never a need to go anywhere else.

My family loves Pittman's! They're by far the best in the area for dry cleaning, alterations, stain removal etc. They've saved the day more than once....most recently, I knocked over a Scentsy and spilled wax all over our brand new bedroom throw pillows. They not only removed the wax, but the pillows look brand new without any stains! I have trusted them with everything from my husband's daily dress shirts to my wedding dress.

My family has been in the dry cleaning business for 30 years, so I understand what it takes provide quality service. It's very hard to find quality dry cleaning these days, but I'm glad to say that Pittman's is able to provide the quality I've known my whole life. Very friendly people, quality service, and a fair price - what else can you ask for? I'll be taking all my dry cleaning here until I move back to Michigan.

I took my sons $300 letterman jacket there and asked them to clean the 1 patch that was dirty and the white patch came back pink. Now they said bring it back and they will fix it . But now behind other patches the color went from white to tan. They are trying to say that it came that way but I have very good pictures of the jacket and patches showing that they were white. All they said is for me to contact the patch maker. This is the first time I had it cleaned he just received it this summer. BEWARE LETTERMAN JACKET OWNERS

The staff I hate to say is rude. I brought in a total of 5 articles of clothing and cost $35. One of them was a new cashmere sweater and got it back looking like crap. All the person could say is our guy has 40 years experience. Just a note regulars less of experience mistakes happen and does not mean your good. Forget this place and find another. The rude staff and below average cleaning makes this place a fail
