Everything pretty much works all the time might be one or two dryers down but no issues on getting a dryer fair price for a dollar to dry a washer load of clothes

This has been my first and only laundry matt I've been too so my opinion may vary from person to person but I have had no problems comming to this laundry matt. The facility is always clean and I've met 3 diffrent workers so far and they've all been so helpful! One man was fixing a dryer and was happy to answer any questions I had, a woman who I see more often and is constantly cleaning is such a delight to have around and another women who i met once was still kind even when I was one of those last minute cutomersI was there before they closed for the night unfortunately, not after closing this place does only take quarters but thankfully they have those machines that turn dollars into quarters. I will continue giving my buisness as long as I need to, thank you for having such lovely staff!

One of my favorite laundromats in Killeen. it’s not too busy on Friday mornings or late night, Sunday and Saturdays are usually busy. Best to go when they first open to beat the morning rush. The washers and dryers are always clean and in working condition. It takes 4$ to wash in the medium washer, 2$ for the small washers, 50 cents to start the dryer which gives you 12 mins. I normally use only 1.25 to dry completely.

This is my first time doing my laundry here,And I'm impress because It's super clean facility, washing machines and their drier are huge.

Very clean. Full sized front loader is but $3. Dryers are fast and $.50 or $.75 will dry a load. All the machines worked. Change machine worked. Was busy but there are enough washers and dryers for a lot of folks. Attendant was cleaning as I sat. Most importantly . Everyone was friendly, ladies even gave me their dryers with time left on them. Bottom line if you want a place to do laundry this is the place to go.

The Rancier location has been my go-to since about 2007 but I find myself in Central/South Killeen more often due to work and the food desert in North Killeen. I was a bit leary about this location due to it being super busy most of the time but now I feel a lot more comfortable now that I figured out the best times to minimize crowed exposure. All that said, I found this location to be fairly clean, cost-efficient, and the machines well-maintained and functioning.

Wow... what a difference a week without the daytime attendant makes!! Ive been coming to this laundromat for 4 years and always found it clean. In ONE WEEK without the daytime attendant it has gone way down hill. Dirty, trash every where, a washer spilled out and there is a flood on the floor with no one to clean it up. Sad. And I repeat, this is after one week!!! I've heard they aren't planning on having a day time attendant at all. Please tell me this isn't true!!! If it is I may need to find a different place. Disappointed. Added note: may want to bring your own toilet paper since there's no one to refill the rolls.

I just moved to Killeen and needed to wash & dry clothes and this is where I went. It was a very clean inside, no visible trash laying about and floors also clean. It was cool inside with seating and a tv playing and WI-FI for customers. The large front loader did the job no problemo and the dryers got hot and dried my clothes fast. There were plenty of carts to move clothes to the dryers which was also was nice.I won't bother going anywhere else; I'll be coming back!

Very busy and clean. Just enough baskets to move your laundry to the dryer. Good location.

Always clean. The washers do a great job on the final spin cycle, therefore clothes dry much faster in the dryers. Bring your own cleaning products which people do so anyway. No covid-19 signs are posted so most people don't wear a mask.
