The Pittsburgh Mills mall is a very interesting mall to visit, shop, or look around if you are a retail enthusiast. My favorite stores here are macys, and the comic store. Sadly this mall has been on the decline for years. But it is 100 percent a safe place to shop, and interesting to see. Also there are 3 different collectibles stores. One has a huge variety of comics. Another has lots of sports memorabilia. There is a Panera Bread, and TJs buffet, sushi and grill. I ate at TJs and it was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stop again if I was in the area.
Years ago, the mall was hard to find things with so many stores leaving. Even though there were only a few stores, it was a nice mall to walk, very clean and easy to find. Sadly, there is almost nothing in the mall besides. Malls in general are hurting, but it is a ghost town. There is a sports store, karate class, church and cell phone stores. The other stores, Macy's, Panera, Jo Ann's, you can enter without entering the mall. The mall still looks very nice inside and clean, but after the pandemic, the stores left.
This has to be the most depressed mall I have ever seen. I gave it 5 stars for the unique "zombie like" experience of walking in a deserted yet clean and maintained mall. Great place to let your kids run and put in your 10000 winter steps. Not a place to shop.
I didn't visit here. I may have driven past the mall on my way to Walmart. The last time I was in the mall building Galleria it was pretty empty of businesses and customers. A real shame, because when they were building it, it was supposed to draw businesses, jobs, and more to the surrounding areas. Unfortunately the Mall itself can't compete with the other businesses that surround it Walmart and Lowe's and PetSmart and a bunch of smaller retailers. So now the mall is empty, and delinquent on taxes and probably going to be sold to another absentee management company.
Very clean and a beautiful huge mall. Completely empty just about. The owners are absolutely awful to the businesses inside. Ridiculous rules and not allowing owners in their shops or studios for a long time during quarantine. To mandate them to be closed is 1 thing but to not allow a business owner in their own shop is insane. When hours were open but limited they were not lenient to studios and gyms for children.the hours were pointless as they were way before schools let out anyways. After seeing how small business owners are treated at the dead mall I have been disgusted
Not sure why this mall gets all the negative reviews. Has the best comic book store in the area. I come here all the time, I have never seen a ghost.
This mall truly had potential, now it's a ghost mall. I wish they would have put the go kart track in. But the owner of the mall at the time declined to have it there. I go to the comic book store here. Verizon also moved from here. Such a shame. I hope they do something great with this property.
This mall is BEAUTIFUL, every section is done differently and it looks so amazing but sadly there were only a handful of stores open. I only saw a handful of other people here so it made it feel eerily creepy. Jo Ann Fabrics wasn't even accessible from the mall.
Went here for a kids birthday. The parents had as much fun as the kids! It is a shame about the mall but cool that places like this can thrive likely due to the cheap rent. It is over and hour drive for us in Washington but it was a fun night. Only knock is for the dart guns that name of the days were smashed making them unusable. They ball guns worked well though.
Ghost town mall. Parking lot is junk. Owner that bought out of bankruptcy needs to do something with it. Outlet mall like Tanger or Grove City. Both a decent drive away and would serve this are well
