Pixel + Torch is created by silversmith Johanna Kirk in Salt Lake City, Ut. All jewelry is carefully handcrafted by her and as a native Swede, Johanna incorporates Scandinavian design in her modern yet timeless jewelry. In addition to handcrafted jewelry, Pixel + Torch also sells items with a Scandinavian esthetic such as candles, ceramics, throws, icelandic sheepskins, apothecary and other curated goods.

This is my favorite jewelry store, hands down! The designs created by Johanna Kirk are modern, fresh and oh so stylish. The designs are bold and has a sense of quiet power to them. They work well with both jeans and a little black dress. Each piece is unique since they are hand made, and she never makes a lot of the same design which makes me feel very special wearing them. It is a great place for gifts and everyone I have gifted her designs are always back for more. It is exciting to stop by to see some of the latest creations by Johanna. We are very lucky to have a store like this in Salt Lake City.

Johanna's jewelry is so special! Her designs are absolutely beautiful, elegant but appropriate for every day use; one-of-a kind. I feel like I am in an art museum when I go into her store; I want to just peruse and appreciate all the pieces. They are true works of art. Johanna is warm, engaging, and I really enjoyed talking with her; I am grateful to wear this lovely jewelry!

A wonderful little boutique store in Sugarhouse with custom made jewelry-mostly silver.  The owner and artist is very talented and her style is modern and fresh. She looks at gemstones and work with their shape in a beautiful way and I like that she only picks a few stones that she love. My favorites are her chunkier silver jewelry. I have a bracelet that I love and I get so many compliments for it. It is extra fun that it isn't mass produced and in every store! Her store is her work shop and she helped me on the spot by finding the right size and even made a ring fit perfectly, using her tools right there and then. I highly recommend stopping by to meet her and see for yourself although she sells her jewelry in line too.

Beautiful shop, amazingly talented artist. I love each and every piece I have from Pixel and Torch. I love that she is constantly creating new, unique pieces. My husband went in to purchase earrings for me, he told her of my concern of length and weight. She created 3 different pairs for him to choose from.They're beautiful!

I absolutely LOVE this place! One of my most favorite shops. The jewelry is elegant, timeless and reasonably priced. The owner designs and makes each piece by HAND! You can watch her working while you browse. I am to the point all I wear is Pixel and Torch. You can find nice gift earrings or splurge on a gorgeous necklace or bracelet. Stunning work- love it all. Hey men, can't go wrong buying your lady a gift from this place!

Visit Pixel and Torch for amazing one of a kind jewelry. The owner is so sweet and so talented. She handmakes all of the jewelry. My husband gave me a ring and it just a bit big so I had to go in and exchange it and she was so helpful and so sweet about it. I will definitely be back for more amazing jewelry!

I just keep goin' back for more. Elegant, easy to wear pieces, from everyday to statement. Quality can't be beat. Unique in every way from the signature stamp to the sleek gift box. Owner is very easy going and a joy to work with. A great place for custom work, too.

This place is amazing. The woman who owns it is the sweetest thing ever. I found a garnet in Idaho and she helped me seat it into a silver necklace for my girlfriend. She was so helpful and gave me so much of her time. She didn't charge me anything and I couldn't be more appreciative! Go here! This is the kind of place that you WANT to give business to!

I stopped in here looking for a ring for my wife and was so pleased with my experience. The owner who hand makes all the jewery was so helpful and welcoming. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the ring was a little too big for my wife, but when she went back in with the ring the owner was so kind and helped her find something new that fit.
