Pizza Works - Old Saybrook

The pizza is really good. Service is usually pretty fast. My kids love sitting upstairs so they can look at the model train sets, and watch the monitors to see the amtrackvtrains go by.Food: 5/5

Went to pizza works with my family. Everyone was nice that’s until it came time to pay. Went to pay and everyone said goodbye as I was walking to my car the guy came out and said if you not going to tip then you should grab your food and go. First of all why are you following customers to their car like a creep. And secondly why you telling them if you not going to tip they should grab their food and go that’s not how you treat customers. Because they make $6.50 a hour so we were told. If that’s how they going to act towards their customers then maybe they should pay their employees more since they only rely on tips. Won’t be returning to that place again

Very fun place with train station vibe that makes it special. Service was friendly and quick. Pies were well presented and good flavors. Will be back.Food: 3/5

Ordered 2 large pizzas and they informed me they only have 1 size. Fair enough figured 2 pizzas would be enough. What I got was literally 2 small size pizzas for 35 dollars. Additional topping was 3 each. Very overpriced for hardly any pizza.Food: 1/5

This is my grandson's favorite restaurant so we were there for his six year birthday celebration. He loves all the train sets. Thank you for making your Restaurant so much fun and entertaining. We came all the way from Woodbury BrianneFood: 5/5

Service was fine, Cheese pizza was like a 6 super small for 15 bucks like come on. Ordered Buffalo Chicken Pizza was the worst pizza I had ever in my life I think a pizza bagel in the oven would have been better. Who puts so much blue cheese on a pizza and peppers, more peppers than chicken on buffalo chicken pizza. Would never return to this establishment again.

Pizza's here are very good, with fresh ingredients and crispy crusts. We had the barbecue chicken and meat pizza. They are only available in one size: 12 inch and are rather expensive. We paid around $40 for 2 pizzas. Service is good and convenient parking.
