Love the selection of plants for gardens. Walmart, has a contract with Bonnie Farms. Bonnie Farms produces seedlings for garden like veggies and some flowers. This Walmart lets said plants sit out, on hot asphalt parking lot without regular watering. Most die off and are sent back to producer. Costing the store and producer. Not impressed. Bonnie Farms will be informed.
The space at this Walmart is very deceiving!. From the parking lot, there is a small entrance in the corner smushed between other stores. you could literally miss it. but go in and it expands 100x. good merch and friendly staff.
Very clean and neat. Found what we were looking for quickly. Sales people on the floor. I would recommend this store.
I feel this store is fine. Except they definitely should stick more of the generic Walmart brand products. Not sure why they don’t compared to other Walmart stores.
There's two exits/entrances as well as two sets of cashiers for this Walmart . Be careful of where you meet up with your group. It's quite confusing. The staff is not helpful at all, they couldn't even scan a coupon right. Prices also seems higher than other Walmarts. Do yourself a favor and go to a supercenter instead.
Really nice store. Very clean and tidy
The worst ever ... Ordered my food and the girl made it wrong ... Gave it back for them to fix it ... waited almost 20 min and it was still wrong ... In the 3rd attempt they finally got it right ... All the staff were hiring around and yelling .... Didn't see a manager anywhere ... I'll never go back
Extremely limited selection of groceries. Way too few staff members and pretty bad customer service
I am trying to buy Cologne and have asked 4 different associates for help. At the end of waiting for 20 mins. only 1 associate followed through to have it called out on the PA for a jewelry associate required. After 10 more mins. I asked 1 more associate who finally went to go get the key to help. After a 30 min. wait I was finally help. Your Old Saybrook store really needs help in customer service. This is horrible.
Never have any live cashier's, Always pushing everyone through self check out
