Pizzella Picture Framing & Fine Art is owned and operated by local artist, Michael Pizzella. Michael was born in New Orleans, raised in Mandeville, and now resides in Abita Springs.
Michael began working as a picture framer in the French Quarter in 2005. Through being surrounded in culture and art, he regained his passion for creating his own, which was what he excelled in, growing up. From then until 2014, he worked for different artists, frame shops, and high end galleries around the South and Northshore areas.
In 2014 he decided the only way he was going to continue growing as a fine arts painter, was to take a chance and open up his own shop.
Pizzella Picture Framing & Fine Art provides custom framing services and features art from Michael Pizzella, as well as other great local artists.
