Congratulations on your pregnancy! Thank you so much for the opportunity to encapsulate your placenta. My clients have reported improved milk supply, more balanced moods, reduced anxiety, and increased energy. With my June baby, I never got depressed and often felt energized and blissful! How's that for a mom of six?! :)
When you go into labor have your birth attendant text me a heads up. I like to pick up the placenta within 24 hours whenever possible. I will come to you (hospital or home birth).
If you deliver in the hospital, please tell everyone your intentions for you placenta. LET EVERYONE KNOW (ESPECIALLY THE NURSES) THAT THE PLACENTA NEEDS TO BE REFRIGERATED OR ICED.
For homebirthers, put your placenta into a clean glass or metal bowl and allow to cool on the counter uncovered for twenty minutes. Then transfer into the fridge covered. I will have your capsules back to you within 3-4 days. I follow OSHA guidelines for the safe handling and disposal of human tissue in all stages of the process.
I charge $150 (There is a delivery fee for out of area clients). I also offer a placenta tincture which will be ready after 6 weeks. The cost for the tincture is an additional $50. I require a $50 deposit when you reserve your spot.
