I've been a member for 5 months. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is helpful and courteous. When I made the choice to join a gym, my first impression was going to be huge. I'm glad I decided to join. I've recommended Planet Fitness to friends who are trying to improve their health and well being. July 2024 update- The experience is a publicized. It is a stress free, clean, and upbeat environment to workout. The hours they are allow for the flexibility I need to get my workouts in. The environment and amenities encouraged me to get the Black Card after less than a month into membership. I’m grateful that Planet Fitness has locations near my home and my job.
Absolutely the worst gym that I have ever been to in terms of dealing with the staff. I tried to freeze my membership as I had to move away and couldn't cancel over the phone. I then canceled my membership when I moved back and was then later charged an annual fee on my account. I tried to talk to the employees who even stated that it was highly irregular for an account to be frozen for this long and that there must have been some sort of miscommunication among the staff. I then talked to a manager who did not even attempt to listen to my side or take into consideration that his employees made a mistake and said that I was the one who made the mistake and refused to refund my money. I would highly recommend going down the road to one-life who has a much better and friendlier staff who care for their customers.
I come here to use the Black Card Spa service. Which includes unlimited Tanning beds standing and lay down, a massage chair and a hydro bed! You can also work out if you want ALL INCLUDED! Emilie always is friendly and informed me of this BLACK CARD SPECIAL!
Signing up online is so easy. Once you sign up, just download the planet fitness app and use the app when you check in at the front desk. At this location they do not have the Total Body Enhancement machine. They have the massage chairs, hydro massage beds and tanning beds. I think getting the black card is worth it. The staff is helpful. I was impressed that there were so pretty muscular guys there, serving as proof that it is possible to get swole at planet fitness. The facility is clean and well organized. On the app is a function that let's you know how busy the gym is. Plenty of parking. There is a bicycle rack nearby. I joined on June 9, 2024.
This is the most inviting gym I have ever attended. The gym is clean and all the employees are inviting and friendly. As a nurse practitioner, I wanted to take a moment to thank Planet Fitness for allowing the teenagers in our community to workout for free all summer long. What a blessing it is to see your teenagers learning how to take good care of their bodies instead of being stuck at home or on the streets doing things that affect them in a negative way! The gym is very nice & clean. I luv the "judgement free zone" feel....I use the tanning beds as well. Good experience on that 2. The staff so far have been super friendly & helpful! I would recommend Planet Fitness if ur looking 4 a comfortable place 2 work out without feeling pressure or being judged!!
Very clean, nice staff, free for the summer if you are a teenager I think 14-18. Nicely set up and good equipment, helpful and good locker rooms.
Very small place and weird layout. Dumbells only go to 60 lbs. 1st time at this location and will do my best not to go again. Got there at 6am opening time for the weekends. About 5 people in there was good. By 7am 25 people. This place a gym for people on welfare lol The locker room... 4 tiny showers, no private chaning room. I was only one swinging D in there. I guess nobody showers. The water pressure in all 4 showers is horrible. I could get a better shower in the sink. Basically drips out of the shower head. Maybe that's why nobody showers. 2 stars because I was able to workout.
My experience here wasn’t really all that bad, the equipment was conveniently laid out and it wasn’t too busy. The locker rooms and showers would’ve been perfect but when I went one time, this guy who called himself “Ky El” was walking around without pants or a towel on, just swinging it around, it creeped me out and I’ve been trying to stay away from this Planet Fitness location ever since.
Very clean! And very good service and the people that worked there are super nice! Love this place you'll see me again soon at planet fitness! Definitely recommend this gym if your looking for one!
