Non-profit organization comprised of graduates of the Plano Citizens Police Academy program.
The Plano Citizens Police Academy is a non-profit group which consists of graduates of the Plano Police Department Citizens Police Academy. These volunteers assist the department in a wide range of tasks from filing paperwork to patrolling the streets through the CAPP (Citizens Assisting Plano Police) program of the PCPAAA.
