Through extensive travel and research, we choose our suppliers in person and collect the best Non-GMO ingredients the Greek tradition can offer. Notably, Chef Mario incorporates the recipe for longevity from his native island of Ikaria, Greece - one of the five Blue Zones in the world where people live longer and healthier lives. Plateia also brings traditional Greek-style crepes to your table using our family recipe from our creperies located in Athens and Kalamata.
