Absolutely amazing food, incredibly nice staff, always nice and clean. Seems to usually be empty for some reason, so seating is always available. The wait can sometimes be a bit long up to 45 minutes but the food definitely makes up for it! Highly recommend and make sure to give the "Jibarito" a try!
Food was worth the wait. Reasonably priced and great portion size. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely return.
This place is delicious. It's a great spot for pan-Latin cuisine without having to run into the city. The staff is great! I always recommend a jibarito, and the estilo cubano is tasty.
This Cubano sandwich is of the chain, it means you have to try it for yourself. The workers are awesome, they make you feel at home. You have to check it out. I'm having my party here.
OMG! Everything here is delicious! I had the lechon and it tasted just like my grandmas! Will definitely be back!
Food is great! Server very nice. Nice clean restaurant. Will be back.
Usually a 4.5 star rating but they were having a private party the evening we were to dine and did not give us any notice even though we had reservations. We were forced to sit outside on the patio party reserved the inside area and the temps were around 88 degrees with high humidity which was well beyond the conditions favourable for outdoor dining. The food is very good but they obviously need to work on their restaurant etiquette if they want to keep their loyal customers!
Food was great. Nice place, too. The service, although friendly, was kind of strange, from being told we'd need to get our own drinks, to being ignored once we got our check. Overall it was fine. Might be better in the evening or when they are busier. We visited for a late lunch on a Tuesday. I really enjoyed the Cuban sandwich, by the way.
We ordered off the tapas menu. Our selections were well prepared and tasty! The coffee feted tonight was of Cuban origin. Fantastic! Our service was good. The owner's sister came to our table and was pleasant and interested in our experience. Highly recommend and will be back soon to sample full dinners.
This place is absolutely fantastic. Mom cooks in the kitchen and their daughter was our waitress. They make excellent food and it's BYOB. We got out of there full and with leftovers for 30$! My boyfriend and I got the sample platter lightly fried food but great to give it all a try, I got 2 steak tacos/ 1 lechon taco. All were excellent. He got the Cubano. It was the best Cuban we've ever had. As a side, you can choose between 4 types of beans and 4 types of rice which is very unique. We were going to make the trek to Logan Square to go to 90 Miles but it was snowing so we googled a closer place and I am so glad we did. We would have paid double for our food at 90 and it's less tasty. My only constructive comment is that the decor isn't the fanciest. We aren't the type of people to care about that so doesn't make a difference in our rating. The food was delicious and cheap, we got to bring our own wine, and our server was very helpful in answering our questions and helping us decide what to order.
