Loaded foot long burritos, massive portions and loaded steak nachos... Legit Mexican food that's open 24 hours!!!! The microphone has dropped! This place serves up some . The prices are on point and the service is amazing!
A meal sure not to disappoint, Taco Burrito King has it all. Large portions for good prices, you don’t want to miss out. After getting the junior burrito plate, we thought it was the best burrito ever! I would definitely highly recommend.
Very good value for a 10 dollar meal. The king burrito is enough to satisfy your hunger. The best part is that they are open 24 hours a day. Go to this place and get a well valued meal that I dare say is better than Chipotle.
Pretty good in order 2 Burritos quick service of course it's gonna be quick they have like 5 guys in the back all talking Pretty loud all in Spanish so you couldn't tell what they were talking about. Food was good. but atmosphere I could pass on that probably won't go back
DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING. Food was terrible and cold. Badly seasoned. Steak no seasoning,rice plain,beans plain. All of the food tasted the same. Weird.Rotten avacado. Lemonade tasted like water and lemon. Will never eat from here again.
We pass this place almost daily, but it was the first time we've tried it. We usually go to El Fast, but gave TBK a try since we were down the street. Food was good, service was friendly. I had a steak burrito bowl. The steak could have used a bit more seasoning, but it was still good. Just slightly on the grisly side, but still good. My wife had the chilaquiles with steak. Chilaquiles with salsa verde was good. It would have been better without the steak, but that's just my opinion. Beans and rice were excellent. If a taqueria can't do beans and rice well, then they won't do much else well. House salsas were good. My daughter had chorizo and egg tacos, and said they were good, but slightly bland she likes her food salty. Overall, we will go back again--especially since TBK is open 24 hours.

Food is garbage compared to other tbks. Staff is friendly but food always is burnt and gagful. Even drunk it tastes bad. Meat is way overcooked and veggies and sour cream taste well over passed due.Food: 1/5
Before you read this review, I want you to know that this is not satire. As far fetched as may or may not seem, this is 100% true and I swear that there is no fabrication whatsoever. []BOOK 2[] -Prologue- It's the first summer after college. Friends were made, hearts were broken, people had changed. I started joining group calls with my friends from High School at this time. I happened to tell the TBK story BOOK 1 quite a bit. It became sort of a small joke, whenever it was late and someone was hungry, I'd suggest TBK. We'd never go as the location was 45 minutes away. However, one night this changed. -Chapter 1- I'm out with some friends, it's getting late and we're getting hungry. I make the typical "lets get TBK joke". To my surprise, the group agrees. The usual Chicago TBK closes at 2 or 3 am, I can't remember. I do know though, it was too late to go there as it would close by the time we made it. Stumped, we discovered that the Des Planes TBK is 24 hours. I didn't know if I could expect the same TBK standard from this location, but we ended up going. After about an hour of driving, we make it. As we walk into the restaurant, I'm amazed by how much nicer it is. The TBK I know and love isn't very big, nor is it too nice. We order our food, it was fast. I order a Junior Burrito with chicken, I wanted to eat light. I was under the same skepticism as the first time I went to the Chicago TBK. Once the food it ready, we chow down. Immediately, I am amazed by how much better the quality is. My friends all seem to enjoy their meals as well. -Epilogue- Honestly, this location was a very nice change from what I knew. I went in expecting to taint TBK given the love the Chicago location gave me, but my expectations were exceeded. This became our late night go-to location for the summer. I cannot give it anything less than a 5/5 stars. I look forward to coming back.
The food was great.. it's very peaceful and quiet. The costumer service was great and the food were very delicious. I will recommend to everyone to enjoy a great time.Food: 5/5
