Plattsburgh Memorials

Lynn is so wonderful, she helped with my father in laws headstone. She and her family have had a tough year keeping up with the community and sadly many deaths but they are doing a great job and are so wonderful to deal with. Please be kind to the people servicing our community they are doing amazing things that no one ever sees or hears about. People usually only say the bad experiences but please let’s all do better on the ones that make a positive difference like the Gadbois family. Thank you from the Blanchards.

Company held on to my rock for 11 days after I dropped it off, letting them know I would like it for a memorial on July 5. They didn't even bother to call me to tell me they couldn't fulfill my request. They just didn't call despite me following up and the manager saying they would call me the next day. It's not like I was asking about the repair of a lawn mower! Lynn was rude, sarcastic and just plain unconcerned about how this affected me. Truth.

My uncle passed away at the beginning of the month. We made plans with browns and Plattsburgh memorial to engrave his name on the stone at the cemetery just down the road. When I called to ask them when they were scheduled to engraving his name into the stone the woman who answered was down right RUDE. She said she doesn’t understand why I was calling them even after I explained we payed through browns to have them engrave his name. I was on the phone for not even 3 minutes and all I received was attitude. I hope the rest of the employees are MUCH nicer to their customers than she was.

Lynne and Rick were great at putting a rush on my mother's headstone so that we would have it at her service. I was so surprised to arrive at the cemetery for the burial to find the headstone in place. And it was beautiful!! Thank you Plattsburgh Memorials.

I would like to personally thank Ricky for the great job he is doing on my fathers stone. This monument is something that is going to last forever and means a lot to me. "Plattsburgh Memorials" should be your first choice.....

Terrible customer service, Receptionist was rude and extremely unprofessional. I will never do business with them again. Apparently you have to give them one star>

Wonderful, caring service. Memorial was completed much sooner than expected. I definitely recommend them.
