Friendly service, no interferences to delay me from getting my medication. Very calming.
Have a number of issues with this pharmacy. Very inconsistent dates when I would pick up my meds. Also inconsistent with how much insulin I am supposed to get every month even though I have brought it up to them how much insulin I am suppost to get and my prescription has not changed from my doctor. Then have have had more then one person when I have called to asked the simple question of when can I pick up all my meds so I don't have to come back more then once they couldn't answer that. Never had rite aid when I would call them tell me that. Had a few times where I would call and they would be just rude. When your already not feeling well and trying to be polite and they aren't in the other end just makes for a not good time. After again had them shorten me on my insulin witch I need to live decided to switch pharmacys as this can affect my health. Sad as mom and pop shops are suppost to be better. If your diabetic I would be werry as the insulin shortage has been an ongoing issue.
Pleasant Valley Pharmacy is small business at its best. The staff is friendly, and the pharmacists are helpful on every level.
I had special medication and they came through. The prescription was ready when I got there and they brought it right out to me.
Great Pharmacy! If you are not sure what you need ask Doug, the extremely knowledgable and friendly pharmacist.
Great pharmacy with the personal touch. Benn going here for decades! Support great local businesses.
Love the small pharmacy, better service, mom and pop feel to it.
Friendly staff, very helpful. Its a little pricey, but you'll find gifts and trinkets you can't find anywhere else.
All medications all refilled here. I love Penn Valley
