I requested 3 keys for my apartment door. But, 1 key is different from another. I request new 1 key to fit open the door. Leasing office staff made new one within 30min and bring it to my door. Also they gave to me much help to assign the Covered Parking lot. I moved in yesterday, but All staff in leasing office are super friendly, kindness and polite also very quick action. I really appreciate for their super efforts.
This place is beautiful and worth stopping by if you are looking for an apartment. I’ve lived here since Oct so I was able to witness some great views from my home. I would advise investing in your apartment by finding the right furniture - It’s amazing how the quality of life can be influenced by the seasons and a comfortable home Winter definitely hits differently with a cozy home and a fireplace! The Property Manager is very professional and provides PHENOMENAL Customer Service. She always goes above and beyond when addressing my issues along with all the other residents that I’ve seen. It’s transparent that she deeply cares about the people living here, the staff and the community. My 5 stars is based on the integrity that I’ve experience with Lerrina; The Property Manager and the beautiful scenery I’ve witnessed through the seasons Keep up the good work during these crazy times!
Very disappointed the bad reviews are true. Has been over two weeks without a response from the office after denying me. I’ve asked for the reason & have asked about my refund & there’s now been no response to whether my refund has been processed or not. Went in to get my check & was told it needs to come from corporate. I’m obviously in the process of moving & would very much appreciate my $500 back. Showing agent was great & friendly but property manager is not very helpful. July 4th 2023 update: Emailed Brittnie immediately, no response & still have yet to receive my refund. Please rectify this issue immediately before I’m forced to allow my attorney to take over. It has been close to 2 months now. July 26: have even told my check has been sent to two different addresses. & no responses yet again. & NO CHECK.

The grounds seem to be fairly, well-maintained, and the little plum trees outside were very cute. They were in the process of repainting a few things, but the apartment seemed in decent condition, and the staff was nice.
We consider ourselves good tenants. We left the place in better condition than we found it and we're always good neighbors. I even took out the trash at the dog park several times when it was overflowing from lack of care. All I can say is from day one, the communication and care from the management has been abysmal. We submitted several maintenance requests that were ignored even until the day we moved out. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any instructions on move out. Lastly once we did move out, we had questions regarding our last bill which were never answered, instead we were just sent to a debt collector. $2500 a month for 3 months and NONE of the amenities were working or well cared for in any of the time we were there. The dog park was never restocked or had the trash removed unless I went to the office to ask for it. Both pools were out of service until 3 weeks before summer's end. Honestly, we don't need much from our management team. We consider ourselves pretty self sufficient. But even we had major complaints while living here. Save your money- don't live here!
They couldn't fix it the ywanted to switch it because theysaid I needed but I wanted mine I switch I'll switch if it's black I love the maintenance
I was having issues getting responses to address my maintenance needs, once I brought it to the managers attention my apartment was serviced the very next day and they even replaced my light bulbs without me asking as well as left me a note stating what had been done.
My experience was a slow process, meaning I would have preferred a quicker response to my problem. But, once the maintenance showed up, the request was handled very well.
We moved to Seattle couple of weeks back. Although we waited for a week for the Apartment to get ready which we were informed earlier, it’s worth the wait. Lerrina is super helpful and almost resolved everything that we pointed out during the move-in inspection. Erik is also very prompt in resolving the maintenance issues. Hoping for good days in the summer.
