We serve Plymouth, Terryville, and Pequabuck as a coalition of local residents working to prevent the use of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs by our youth.
The mission of the Plymouth Local Prevention Council works to increase public awareness focusing on prevention of youth alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse, and through this public awareness, stimulate the development and implementation of local substance abuse prevention activities targeting youth.
