Realistically, most regular customers rarely have to go inside a bank to get help. So I’m extremely confused why any branch location wouldn’t have an outside, 24 hr drive-thru ATM?? But that’s exactly the situation here. The ATM is INSIDE the lobby of the bank. So guess what?!? It’s not accessible evenings, weekends or federal holidays. Very inconvenient.
PNC bank is awful. They use hidden fees , & customer service line is not usable. Staff are nice but watch your wallet. I was a BBVA customer & PNC bought them . There are much better choices for a bank. They charged me $30 to electronically send money to another account. I complained to no avail. If I could give no stars i would.
About two weeks ago I walked in there panicky because my husband and I were to close on a house within 24 hours, but of course, in any closing fashion they needed several items one being information on my car loan through PNC. Bethany and another gentlemanI cannot recall his name were THE BEST. I was so stressed and they helped me kindly and as much as they possibly could even though they don't handle car loans out of that location and then directed me to the corporate location phone number who quickly answered my questions. Bethany then let me send the info to their PNC fax machine and wait in an empty office so I felt comfortable. Thank you again!
This has got to be one of the worst "banks" I've ever dealt with. Try to find the customer service number on their website. That should tell you all you need to know about these scam artists.
Still paying PMI after 13 years. They have promised it would only be for the first 2 years. They also promise it’s going away each time I call. The house is being sold and was just appraised for 2x the loan payoff. Sorry the review went to this office, it’s the corporate office that has been so misleading.
Went and opened a couple accounts with them and David, one of the employees, stayed after close and got us all squared away. Sorry to keep you late David but thank you for being so helpful!
Great experience opening new accounts with this branch! Bethany K. is amazing, customer-focused, and very helpful! I would highly recommend her for any banking needs at this branch.
It is a great national bank institution although it is different set up than a traditional bank but you can get everything but if you're not technologically inclined then this is not the bank for you as this was in place even prior to the pandemic.
Prompt, friendly service. In and out in 20 minutes, set up with a student banking account, had a debit card in hand, ready to go. Not a single hiccup since then.
