Poké Lab

A really excellent healthy alternative to the usual lunch junk. This is essentially a bowl of fresh vegetables and beans, rice or lettuce along with some fresh raw fish. You can pick out any combination of ingredients you want from a complete selection. A little like Subway only a whole lot better and more interesting. I especially like the Poke Burrito made with fish, veggies and a seaweed wrap.

Wonderful!! It's great that East Lansing has such a special place like this! Bingsoo was DELICIOUS!! It was more than enough to share with my boyfriend after eating dinner. The service was extremely friendly and the decor is so nice and modern. Very clean. LOVE this place + can't wait to go back!

Very flavorful and unlike any other restaurant in East Lansing. The small size will fill you up although the scoops of protein were extremely inconsistent.

This place is nice and clean and the food are fresh but the choices of protein and sauces not as many as others poke bowl places I have been to anyway the choices of topping are good.

Fresh, delicious build your own poke bowls and burritos. Only complaint is I wish they offered mixed greens for a salad base....all they have is iceberg lettuce. I’ll be back for sure.

Pretty good. They were out of lettuce when we went but substituted edamame. We ordered online and timed the pickup for like 2 hours later. Everything was room temperature when we got it so I think they made it and left it on the pickup shelf for 2 hours. Overall I liked Poké Fresh around the corner better.

A lot better than I expected. The portions are a little on a slim side, but the food was awesome!

Quick service, clean place, fresh ingredients. It was delicious! I would've liked more fish in the protein scoops but it wasn't so little that I'd complain about it. I will definitely be back soon because I've gotta try their dessert bowls!

This was my first time trying Poke, and it was delicious! It's a small set-up, with a Chipotle-style 'build-a-bowl' style menu. The protein options tasted fresh - the salmon, octopus, and scallops didn't taste fishy, but were fresh and paired well with the sauces we picked. We'll almost definitely be going back to try some more combinations.

First impression: walked in and was not greeted. I think a simple “Hello, welcome! What would you like to order?” from the cashier would’ve been nice. Because I was a bit confused. There were two tables that were not clean... already eaten poke bowls left on those tables.... I saw another worker just sitting down at a table doing nothing — maybe they’re on break who knows. But those two tables were never cleaned the whole time we sat and ate. It was unappetizing to see. It was a slow evening so that is no excuse. The food: yummy! I think it’s just the right amount for a small eater like me. Very delicious. I have yet to try the dessert~ I will be coming back... but I hope the service is better the next time.
