Nobody ever wants to get surgery, but if you’ve got to get something done, this is a great place to have it performed. Dropped in here with a bit of an issue on one of the Rugrats and I gotta say this really is a nice facility . From the valet parking to the comfortable modern environment this place has it all . I’m told that this place is about 12 years old and that seems about right as nice as this place is the staff and all employees Echo that kindness . At the end of the day, if you’re in The Columbus, Ohio/Lewis center area around Polaris this is really a top shelf choice
I cannot be move happy with the care I received. Everyone worked together to make me comfortable. My husband was so impressed on how they keep him informed through our my procedure. If I could give more stars I would!!!
I had surgery there this week and the experience was wonderful. The staff and medical are very professional and they explain everything to you step-by-step. I felt comfortable and safe. I would definitely go back there again for any future out-patient surgeries surgeries. Thank you Dr Mathias and your team for fixing me.
What a pleasant experience on a nerve racking day! The front desk was kind and assisted me quickly, the pre op nurses and post op nurses…just awesome. I want to thank Dr. Thomas for taking good care of this ankle during surgery. No issues and no complications. Thank you Polaris Surgery Center.
Awesome place for surgery. My care team was great and put my mind at ease. Very smooth process and communicative to caretaker at every step.
The nurses who were in the charged of me with my foot surgery were an amazing and wonderful people. I was in a good hands with Dr. Brandau yesterday. I would recommend them if you have any issues with your foot or whatever. Thank you all for everything.
The place I had my surgery at was the best. They was so Nice and kind to me. And I would recommend anyone to go there if you have to have surgery it was at Polaris surgical center in Westerville, Ohio.
Went in for Foot surgery with Dr. Prissel. He was great! And the Team at PSC - from Marla at Intake, Nurses Marianne & Darlene PLUS the surgical team - we had a great experience. They kept us informed, kept me comfortable, and took excellent care overall! Thank you ALL!
Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Everything was organized. Everything was explained. Only issue is that someone locked the doors at 4 when there were still patients and there were still family members waiting. If the family members were outside when the doors were locked they had to knock on the door to be let in.
You don’t always want surgical intervention, but when you need it, this facility and staff are absolutely first rate. Timely, efficient, professional and most of all caring. They all gave me complete confidence in their expertise and took time explaining everything to both me and my spouse. The facility is new, very clean and easy to navigate. Being out of commission for a bit always stinks, but i have faith they’ll have back on the pull-up bar in no time!
